Lookout Oil Pool Annual Reservoir Review
ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc., (CPAI) as Operator and sole working interest owner of the Greater
Mooses Tooth Unit (GMTU), submits this Lookout Oil Pool (LOP) Annual Reservoir Review as
required by Conservation Order 747, Rule 8.
Overview, Enhanced Recovery and Reservoir Management Summary
Lookout Oil Pool production and injection was initiated in October 2018. Lookout development
drilling began in March 2018 with six wells completed by year-end 2018. One additional well
was drilled in 2019 for a total of seven development wells (three producers and four injectors).
Producer MT6-06 was the only producer fracture stimulated in March 2019.
The ongoing development scheme premises water injection with alternating gas injection (WAG)
for pressure maintenance and improved recovery. Gas injection commenced in June 2019 and
WAG cycles continued through 2022.
A Lookout geomodel was rebuilt in 2019 based on the data collected while drilling the
development wells. Subsequent updates to the geomodel and resulting simulation model
continued through 2020 based on observations and learning from dynamic production data as
well as data collected from well logging campaigns. These models are used for optimization and
to aid in the identification of future development opportunities and will continue to be updated as
new data is collected.
Reservoir Voidage Balance and Cumulative Status
The tables below summarize average daily injection and production rates, cumulative fluid
volumes, and voidage balance as of January 1, 2023. The cumulative I/W ratio at the end of 2022
was 0.98.

Summary and Analysis of Reservoir Pressure Surveys
Two pressure surveys were performed in Lookout Oil Pool wells during 2022. See Attachment
3 for the 10-412 Report of Reservoir Pressures.
Results and Analysis of Production and Injection Log Surveys, Temperature, Tracer
Surveys, Observation Well Surveys and Special Monitoring
There were no injection or production profile logs run in 2022. The Lookout 1 exploration well was
plugged and abandoned (P&A) in March 2021. Prior to P&A a reservoir saturation tool (RST) log
was run in the Lookout 1 to assess the waterflood sweep.
Review of Production Allocation Factors and Issues
In accordance with AOGCC Other Order 112 dated October 12, 2016, Other Order 112A dated
December 22, 2016, and BLM Sundry Approval for Measurement by Other Methods dated
October 14, 2016, LOP production will receive an allocation factor of one (1.0).
Production allocation to individual production wells in the LOP is performed in the same manner
as other CPAI North Slope fields. An allocation factor comparing actual total daily LOP production
sales to the sum of individual well theoretical rates will be used to adjust theoretical well production
to allocated well production. The average individual well allocation factor in 2022 is 1.06.

Rendezvous Oil Pool Annual Reservoir Review
ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc., (CPAI) as Operator and sole working interest owner of the Greater
Mooses Tooth Unit (GMTU), submits this Rendezvous Oil Pool (ROP) Annual Reservoir Review
as required by Conservation Order 793, Rule 8.
Overview, Enhanced Recovery and Reservoir Management Summary
Rendezvous development drilling began in April 2021 with four wells completed by year-end
(two producers and two injectors). Rendezvous Oil Pool production was initiated in November
2021 and injection was initiated in December 2021. There were 8 wells drilled in 2022 and a
total of 11 active wells as of year-end 2022 (six producers and five injectors).
The ongoing development scheme premises water injection with alternating gas injection (WAG)
for pressure maintenance and improved recovery. Gas injection is expected to commence by
Q4 2023. The start of gas injection has been delayed due to rapid connections between injector
and producer well pairs due to natural fractures in the reservoir. Cumulative water injection in
2022 was 5.2 MMBW. There was no gas injection in 2022.
A Rendezvous geomodel is continuously being updated as new data is acquired while drilling
the development wells. Updates to the geomodel and resulting simulation model will continue
based on newly acquired data from drilling, observations and learnings from dynamic production
data, as well as any surveillance data collected. These models are used for forecasting and
identifying optimization opportunities.
Reservoir Voidage Balance and Cumulative Status
The tables below summarize average daily injection and production rates, cumulative fluid
volumes, and voidage balance as of January 1, 2023. The cumulative I/W ratio at the end of 2022
was 0.18. Water injection and voidage replacement are low in 2022 due to pre-producing the
injectors for reservoir performance data collection, delaying first injection startup, and reduced
injection rates due to early water breakthrough connections in several injector/producer patterns.
The following is a summary of the Rendezvous Oil Pool status as of January 1, 2023.
Rendezvous Oil Pool 2022 Daily Average Rate Cumulative Volume
Oil Production 14.6 MBOPD 5.5 MMSTB
Gas Production 71.5 MMSCFD 26.4 BSCF
Water Production 3.5 MBWPD 1.3 MMSTB
Gas Injection 0.0 MMSCFD 0.0 BSCF

Summary and Analysis of Reservoir Pressure Surveys
Nine static pressure surveys were performed in Rendezvous Oil Pool wells during 2022. See
Attachment 4 for the 10-412 Report of Reservoir Pressures.
Results and Analysis of Production and Injection Log Surveys, Temperature, Tracer
Surveys, Observation Well Surveys and Special Monitoring
There were eight production and one injection profile logs run in 2022 to further understand both
water and gas entry points along the reservoir laterals. The data continues to be used to
understand conformance across the field and also identify possible remediation options. To date,
composite bridge plugs have been used to temporarily isolate sections of the laterals based on
profile log results. Additional remediation techniques may be applied in the future. A tracer test
was also performed between the MT7-03 injector and MT7-01 producer to understand water
injection transient time. The test found the initial water interaction between the two wells was less
than one day and the data will be utilized to design any future conformance mitigation.
Review of Production Allocation Factors and Issues
In accordance with AOGCC Other Order 148 dated December 19, 2018 and BLM Sundry
Approval for Oil Measurement by Other Methods and Redundancy Verification of Oil
Measurement Secondary Pressure and Temperature Instruments Greater Moose’s Tooth Unit
(Rendezvous) dated July 1, 2019, ROP production will receive an allocation factor of one (1.0).
Production allocation to individual production wells in the ROP is performed in the same manner
as other CPAI North Slope fields. An allocation factor comparing actual total daily ROP production
sales to the sum of individual well theoretical rates will be used to adjust theoretical well production
to allocated well production. The average individual well allocation factor in 2022 is 0.95.
