Well DS 18-11 was deepended by DS 18-11D (permit # 87-0087, API# 50-029-21181-90) when the permit was approved August 28, 1987 and operations completed in March 1988. The deepened well incorporates the oringinal well bore. A review of both well files indicates administrative abandonment of the originating well bore is appropriate according to current AOGCC procedures for wells drilled from an existing well bore. The operator has been notified of this action. All future correspondence with the AOGCC should reflect the new permit number, API number and well data.
