Flush through choke/kill lines and manifold w/same. Attempt t/test 11-3m x 9-3m csg head t/250-3k psi numerous times, no success. R/D test line, B/O test jt f/test plug and Top drive.;Pull test jt to the floor and observe leak on connection, re-tighten same. RIH and screw into test plug and re-test w/annular t/250-3k psi f/5min. on chart-good.;Cont. t/test 13-5/8" 5m BOP, choke manifold and floor valves w/4" and 4.5" test jts 250low/3000 psi high f/5min. -charted as per AOGCC/Hilcorp policy. Perform Accumulator draw down and function test f/drillers emergency remote panel.;R/D test equipment, install MWD transducer in derrick on stand pipe goose neck.;Pick up clean out assy w/Wellbore Integrity Rep. and RIH t/3000’, attempt t/Kelly up-top drive die retainer not holding-die pushing up.;Pull damaged die retainer plates and fabricate new. inspect grabber blocks and dies.;Inlet Water Used Today (bbl): 78 (Used for rinse of RCRA-empty tank) Inlet Water Used Cumulative (bbl): 78 Discharge Today (bbl): 78 (Rinse volume from RCRA-empty tank) Discharge Cumulative (bbl): 78 Daily down hole loss (bbl): 0 Total down hole loss (bbl): 0 7/5/2022 Kelly up top drive and tag CIBP at 3059' with 10K down.;Displace well to 9.2 ppg LSND 4 bpm, 300 psi while reciprocating string. Flush choke lines, choke manifold and kill line.;Close annular and pressure test 7-5/8" casing to 2500 psi for 30 charted min. Good test.;Pump dry job and pull out of the hole, racking back DP and HWDP. Lay out mills and casing scraper - look good.;Hold PJSM with rig crew, WIS rep, MWD and DD for picking up whipstock assembly. Make up mills and MWD and shallow test - good. Make up slide to mills and and run in the hole. Tag tight spot at 145'.;Discuss options and review 7-5/8" casing run information. Pull out of the hole with whipstock. When pulling whipstock shear bolt pin, observed that the pin was not fully in the groove pushing mills 1/8" further out from slide. Lay out slide assembly and remove shear bolt and replace with new.;Make up whipstock with new shear pin and TIH, tag top of CIBP @3065'. Orient whipstock @84deg ROHS w/Haliburton DD. Set whipstock @3063'DPM As per WIS Rep..
