As you know, on August t, 1974, rmtiee was given by the Bureau of Land E~anagement that the lands for which this lease was granted were traz~ferred t~ %he State of Alaska. Consequently, we have relinquished all a~strative authority over Kavik Unit wells · and operations as ef the date of the patent to the State (see enclosed copy of our letter of De,ember 22, 1975 to the Director, Alaska Division of Lands).
