injection for in-situ combustion.
ITEM 5: Indicate which elevation is used as reference (where not otherwise shown) for depth measurements given in other spaces on this form and in any
attachments.
ITEM 16 ANO 24: If this well is completed for separate production from more than one interval (multiple completion), so state in item 16, and in item 24 show the
producing intervals for only the interval reported in item 27. Submit a separate form for each additional interval to be separately produced, showing the data

Drill site maintenance to send blower to start clearing pads and
roads. Move rig off well. Haul two truck loads to DS 7.

edge of pad. Not all wheels are in sync, some sort of
electro-hydraulic control system problem, plan to change out
one of the rear drive motors thi~AM. Still waiting on snow
removal on DS-7. The drifts on DS-7 are very bad do to lots of
equipment parked on the edge of the pad.

AOGCC. Test went well had two gas detectors one in cellar
and one on rig floor which needed to be recalibrated. He didn't
wait on the electrician to recalibrate them but asked to be
called back to witness a retest. Fill pits with 2% Bio.

returns. Fill well with 33 bbl. Shut in well build back to 37 psi in
20 minutes. Bleed off well flowing.

1780psi 1.6bpm. See small amts. of motor work at 11132.8,
11131.1, 11129.4
17:10 - 18:00 0.83; STWHIP P WEXIT Run back down thru window to 11139'. 1725psi, 1.6bpm,
0.9fpm, very little motor work. PU, backream up thru window at
0.5fpm, 1770psi, 1.6bpm. Ruin back down thru window. PU
thru window backreaming a third time. Dry pass O.K.
18:00 - 21:00 3.00 STWHIP P WEXIT POH. Mills in gauge.

full engaugement of grapple. Pull tested to 2000#. Pull end of
coil back to reel and secure.

pumping. Correct depth, subtract 29' to correct to Geology
PDC. Yesterday we subtracted 20' to the pinch point on the
whipstock.

across whipstock and 2.7" hole.

[Traction motor on Mud pump unable to maintain,~nstant rate
when motor work increaes, acts like it is boggi,,q~own. Watch
the rate drop 0.3-0.4 bpm on its own. Make~ tough to
decipher what is going on and how much~'l'otor work we are
getting. Ideally we would like to see c.~tant rate from our
mud pumps. (This same problem a~o made our window
milling parameters less obvious,)f,e'sterday.)
Schlumberger/Nordic Iooking,~. a fix. This phenomena is
more noticeable with 2" C-I-~Stall at 11170', PU. Resume
drilling.
15:15 - 15:35 0.33 DRILL N DFAL PROD1 Pull up above whipst~'k to see if we can get orientor to
'~ · respond inside 3-3~". No good.
15:35 - 15:50 0.25 DRILL N SFAL PROD1 Trouble shoot n~d pump controls with electician.

Troupe shoot pumps as we poh. Try one more time at getting
or.r~ntor to respond inside 4~er, no good. Continue POH.
18:00 - 19:33 1.55 DRILL N DFAL PROD1 &D BHA and troubleshoot Orienter. Checked out OK at
surface. Will send to shop where they can check torque output
of orienter.
19:33 - 20:15 0.70 DRILL N DFAL MU BHA #3 build assembly. New orienter and bit. Stab onto

from a window in Zone 2 6f the Ivishak formation. The 7-29b target is Zo~_.~.~'". The following describes work
planned to prep for sidetracking and is submitted as an attachment to F~i0-403. A schematic diagram of the
proposed sidetrack is attached for reference.

2. Install dummy gas lift valves. Drift tubing.
3. Install (2;IBP at 11165', just below existing perfs./'
4. Install mechanical whipstock top at 1~11,30', just above existing perfs.
5. Window will be milled with CTD rig/
The existing open perforations at 11142'-11162' will be open during CTD operations. The perfs will be isolated
with cement during the primary cement job"~n the 2-3/8" liner. CT drilling is expected to begin the first week of
January. However, approval is requested as soon as possible given the recent scheduling difficulties. / [

Intended Procedure
Objective:
Set whipstock. Plugback existing wellbore. Directionally drill a horizontal
well from the existing wellbore. Complete with 2-7/8"cemented
liner. Perforate and produce.
Intended Procedure:
Set top of whipstock ~ -~ 11185'. Cement squeeze the current
perforations and leave cement ~--- 11190' md.
Mill window in 7" casing at-11190' md. Drill 10' of formation and
perform Leak off test to 9.4 ppg, 0.5 ppg above the highest anticipated
mud weight (8.9 ppg FloPro).
Directionally drill 4.125" x ~-1100' horizontal well to access Lower
Romeo reserves.
Run 3-3/16" cemented liner to TD.
Perforate and return well to production.
NOTE: Drill cuttings will be disposed of at CC2A and drilling mud will be disposed at
