The well was completed with 7" x 5-1/2" tubing and a 7" liner. The well had a RWO in 1987 to remove the 7" x 5-1/2" tubing and straddle pack assembly and replace it with a 5-1/2"tubing string w/5 gas lift mandrels. H-19 produced until it was SI for high GOR. Due to the bottom hole location being close to a series of faults, the likelihood of a successful gas shut off was low. So, H-19 was plugged back and prepared for sidetracking to the H-19A Z2 location in August 1997. Severe lost circulation during the CTD resulted in suspension of H- • 19A, and the well was plugged back to 100' above the whipstock @ 10,805' MD. The well was then coil sidetracked to the H-19B location in July 1998 and completed with a 2-7/8" liner. H-19B initial production rates came in -2500 bopd, but quickly fell to -1000 bopd. Gas production remained constant until a step change in 2004 when gas rate increased to over 40MMscf/d. The well was shut-in from 2006-2007 for high GOR. The well was then POP'd and cycled for over a year. Reason for P&A/RST: An organoseal job to s/o gas was performed, and during the post-squeezecrete milling job on 1/13, CT inadvertently sidetracked the liner at -11,017' MD. The corrosion inhibitor is engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space and causing external corrosion that could result in a surface casing leak to atmosphere. The attached spreadsheet represents the well name, API and PTD numbers, top of cement depth prior to filling and volumes of corrosion inhibitor used in each conductor. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serve as notification that the treatments took place and meet the requirements of form 10 -404, Report of Sundry Operations. Merv Liddelow (BP Rep.) performed the SVS tests today. Ali components functioned propedy and held their pressure tests. The new style pilot boxes were installed on most of the wells, which combined with the reliability of the electronic pilots helped to produce these great results. The well houses were all clean with pilot valves in proper position. SUMM~RY: I witnessed the SVS test on twenty BPX H pad wells in the Prudhoe Bay Field. 20 wells, 40 components, No failures. While cement was tagged above the old window (see attached well diagram), the plugback failed a pressure test, and a production log showed fluid coming up through the plug. BP's plans are to use coiled tubing and downsqueeze cement through the channel and leave the cement top at about 10,720' MD. The well is being sidetracked, as H-19b, to a new BHL chosen to avoid the faults that plagued H-19a. Increased standoff from gas is the primary objective. Current Status: Top of abandonment cement is at 10,732', or 73 ft above the whipstock at 10,805'. Drill Directional Hole: Planned for 5115198. - Directional drilling coil tubing equipment will be rigged up and utilized to mill cement and utilize the existing whipstock to open the existing window. Directionally drill per the attached plan to a TD of 12,715'MD (8918'TVDss) Mud Program: - Phase 1: Seawater - Phase 2: FIo-Pro (8.8 - 8.9 ppg) Casing Program: - 2 7/8", 6.16#, L-80, ST-L liner will be run from TD to approx. 10,335' MD and cemented with approx. 20 bbls cement.
