Each of these wells was found to have a void in the conductor. These voids. were filled•with cement if needed and corrosion inhibitor, engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space. As per previous agreement with. the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serves as notification that the treatments took place and meets the requirements of form 10-404, Report of Sundry Operations. The cement was pumped Apri13 2008 and the corrosion inhibitor/sealant was pumped on April 20th and 30~' of 2008. The attached spreadsheet presents the well name, top of cement depth prior to filling, and volumes used on each conductor. Please call MJ Loveland or Perry Klein at 907-659-7043, if you have any questions. Sincerely, ~~ _... Perry Kle ConocoPhillips Well Integrity Projects Supervisor ConocoPhillips Alaska lnc. Obtain an 'A' Sand 24 hour well test. 1 MIRU Slickline unit. Tag bottom, Pull GLV's and Run DV's. Set standing valve in Camco 'D' nipple at 8938' MD-RKB. Pressure test the tubing. Pull standing valve. 3, Pump Diesel/10% Musol per the attached schedule. Shut down overnight to soak. 4, RU fracture equipment. Install "Tree Saver". Pressure up 7" annulas to 3500 psi. NOTE: have service company bring ball sealers to ball-out the perfs if excessive treating pressure is experienced during pre-pad. Perf size is approximately 0.4" Total number of perfs = 274, 1 1 Check diesel for contamination prior to gelling for frac. Obtain a sample of the proppant and of the gelled diesel with breaker. Check the proppant for fines. Record proppant weight prior to pumping. After frac, verify and record weight of remaining proppant. Pump fraciure treatment per the attached schedule. Record the 5, 10, and 15 minute pressures following the ISIP. Expected wellhead treating pressure: WHTPE = 3545 psig Fracture Gradient = 0.69 psi/ft (5955' TVD) Tubing Friction = 170 psi/1000 ft (8950' MD) If treating pressure during the job exceeds 6000 psi, shut down job and confer with engineering. 7. Rig down frac equipment. Follow attached flowback schedule. Messrs Sloan and House August 4, 1988 Page 3 Kuparuk Well 2B-04 Post-Frac Flowback Schedule · e 3, · · 1 Obtain representative fluid samples from the pad, slurry, and flush stages during the fracture treatment. Kuparuk onsite Operations Engineer will place samples in hot water bath at 140° F to observe break time (the fracture treatment will have cooled the Kuparuk formation slightly). For 2B-04, the anticipated break time is 8 hours. After the design break time and after verifying that the gel has broken in the water bath, Operations Engineer will phone Drill Site Foreman to recommend start of fiowback. If gel has not broken, DO NOT ATTEMPT FLOWBACK. Flow at 5 to 10 BPH until bottoms up. Verify that gel is broken and proppant is not being produced. After one day of flowing at the above rate, decrease wellhead pressure by 100 psi per day until well is flowing a header pressure. Do not exceed rate increases of 200 BOPD per 24 hour period. Check frequently for proppant accumulation in choke and increase FTP as necessary to avoid proppant production. Record tank straps (rates), choke settings, and WHP's during the flowback period. Take BS&W samples every 8 hrs. Inspect samples for Carbo-Lite. If Carbo-Lite is found, increase WHP by 100 'psi and contact Operations Engineering (Currier/O'Dell). Well can be turned to CPF when BS&W is less than 2%. Describe proposed program: ARCO Alaska, Inc., proposes to drill a KuParuk River Field development well to approximately 9381' MD (6207' TVD). Selected intervals will be logged. A 20", 2000 psi annular diverter will be installed on the 16" conductor while drilling the surface hole. The 13-5/8", 5000 psi, RSRRA BOPE stack will be installed on the 9-5/8" surface pipe. It will be tested upon installation and weekly thereafter. Test pressure will be 3000 psig (1800 psi for annular). Expected maximum surface pressure is 2683 psi. Pressure calculations are based on virgin reservoir pressure. Surface pressure is calculated with an unexpanded ga%~t~bble at surface, including temperature effects. Casing will be tested to 2000 psi Prior to releasing the d~ng rig. NonlFeezing fluids will be left in uncemented annuli through the permafrost interVal. 2B-4 will be~'away from 2B~'at the surface. There are no closer wellbores anywhere downhole. Reserve pit fluids will be disposed of by pumping them down the 7" x 9-5/8" annulus of this well. The 7" x 9-5/8" annulus will be left with a non-freezing fluid during any interruptions in the disposal process. The well will be completed by the (see attached sheet) 23. Selected intervals will be perforated within the Kuparuk formation and reported on subsequent reports. A subsurface safety valve will be installed and tested upon conclusion of the job. After the workover rig has moved off location, this well will be fracture stimulated. RECEIVED JUL 1 819~4 ...... 1_000.__ . 200Q_ [ zKOP TVD~500 TMD-5~)Q DE~=O ; --t~ ..... ~ tee- ¢'!
