The lease is still in effect and they have not notified us of their ccmple~ of operations. Perhaps they plan additional use of the area, but probably they simply overlooked us as an involved agency. The proposed BOP program is to nipple up a 20" - 2000 psi Hyd~il on the 20" csg. when it is set at 400'. After the 13-3/8" csg. is set at 2300' the BOP Stack will consist of a 5000 psi Hydril, a ram type preventer with pipe ramS and a ram type preventer with blind rams. Also a drillingsppol with kill and choke lines will be used. A choke manifold with adjustable, positive hYdraulic Chokes will be used. See attached drawings.
