The production history of the well is shown below. The current wellbore was drilled as an injector, and was pre-produced from 1998 until August 2002. The sidetrack, P-06B, is scheduled to be drilled by Nordic 1 on or about October 12,2005. Standby from 1530 hrs to 2330 hrs 12/7/97 while DS CTU #6 finished cement plug. Electricians disconnect wellhouse electrical. Remove wellhouse. Remove tree cap. Move rig over well. Accept rig for operation at 2330 hrs 1217/97. NU XO spool and BOPE. Fill pits with SW. Grease swab, master, wing. Test BOPE and blinds leaked- investigate. 1219197 2 Continue BOPE test. Witness waived by AOGCC. Replace Blind element and PT to 4000/250 psi. RU WL. Open well. WHP = 400 psi. Bleed down to 37 psi. SWI and pressure increased to 320 psi in 38 minutes. Called DS and squeeze sample was still liquid at T = 24 hfs (no compressive strength). RU WL and TIH to tag. Tagged at 10072', (22' above peris), POOH with WL (WHP = 400 psi). PT wellbore to 1500 psi. lost 50 psi in 2 min. Bleed pressure off to zero. %" stream flowing. SWI and PT to 1000 psi. lost 70 psi in 60 minutes. PT and tag was approved by AOGCC. Hold press while WO on Eline equipment. Pressure bled to 740 psi in 6 hours. Bleed off and monitor-stable. RU SWS E-line with 20' lubricator and packoff. MU Baker Permanent whipstock. Safety meeting. RIH with whipstock. Spend considerable time getting acceptable orientation. Set WS with top at 10040', bottom at 10052' at 5.6° R. POOH. RD SWS. 12/9/97 3 10055 Finish RD SWS. Load CT with water and PU BHA#1, TIH. Tagged SWN nipple, Corrected +2.5'. Milled SWN, TIH tagged top of WS at 10040'. Milled window from 10039' to 10045' CTM. Outside. Backed reamed twice, and dry tagged, OK. POOH for run #2. OOH, change out BHA. RIH with BHA #2 (string reamer and undergauge bit). Ream thru XN nipple until clean. Dress window until clean. Drill 6' of formation to 10055'. Displace seawater in wellbore to 9.1 ppg used FIo Pro mud. POOH for drilling BHA. LD mill and string reamer. MU drilling BHA. Install new CTC. RIH with drilling BHA #3 (2.6 deg motor). 12/10197 4 Finish RD SWS. Load CT with water and PU BHA#1, TIH. Tagged SWN nipple, Corrected +2.5'. Milled SWN, TIH tagged top of WS at 10040'. Magnetic interference is creating problems with the G totals and Boxy (magnetic interference). Drilled to 10230' and was unable to get 90L TF. POOH to change bend and inspect directional package. Up 3000# extra drag in the inverted ramp.. Orient TF, Drilling. Drilled to 10969', lost packing on MP#2. Hole getting sticky at due to mud differential. NE(MP's) time started at 1730 hrs. Pressure ramped to 1625 psi. Shut down pump, close choke. Pressure stable. Release pressure and wash in hole contaminating cement. Wash 100' down inside liner. Circulate out cement. Estimate 1.5 Bbl. Cement in returns to surface. POOH. Stand back and SLM 1 ¼" CS Hydril. Found error in electronic depth counter (+45'). WOC to test liner top squeeze. 12123197 17 WOC .DS Lab results at 1900 psi (150F) 10 Hrs. PT liner lap. Stabbed on well with Injector head.
