The Travelers Indemnity Company
c/o Dawson and Company of Alaska, Inc.

Anchorage, Alaska 99501
Dear Gentlemen:
By letter of December 5, 1974, the Chairman of the Alaska Oil and Gas
Conservation Committee notified Harbinger Oil Corporation and The
Travelers Indemnity Company that an inspection of the drillsite area '
for the well referred to above had revealed that the area had not
satisfactorily been cleaned up and that, accordingly, the $10',000
bond in favor of the Conservation Committee would not be released at
that time.
Subsequently, Little Bear Petroleum Corporation has applied for a permit
for Beaver Lakes State No. 1 -B on ADL 23601. It, too, has a bond by
The Travelers Indemnity Company, and the Conservation Committee has
approved that bond and issued the permit upon the express condition
that Little Bear Petroleum Corporation will cleanup the location for
both its own and all prior operations on the lease. This condition
imposed by the Conservation Committee has been accepted by Little Bear
Petroleum Corporation, as principal of the bond, and The Travelers
Indemnity Company, as surety. Therefore, the Alaska Oil and Gas
Conservation Committee now releases the bond between Harbinger Oil
Corporation and The Travelers Indemnity Company for Beaver Lakes
State Well No. 1.
Very truly yours,
O. K. Gilbreth, Jr.

Re: Beaver Lakes State No. 1
ADL 23601
Dear Mr. BURRELL:
Enclosed is an Application For Permit To Drill for Harbinger Oil
Corporation, who will be the operators for the re -entry project. I will
be the local operator's representative.
Currently, Unitization of the ADL 23601, the wellsite lease, with
others in the area is underway. Also, appropriate bonding is in the process
of submission.
Basic operational plans are to utilize the same access road, drillsite
and other facilities as used during the original drilling operation.
No plans exist to deepen, sidetrack or otherwise modify the existing
casing depth.
A check is enclosed to provide for the 3100 Permit Fee. Also enclosed
are copies of the As -Built Surveyors Plat which was submitted during the
original drilling of the well.
I trust this will satisfy all requirements for issuance of the required
permit. Any correspondence regarding this operation should be directed to
me at the letterhead address.
Sincerely, ..
