The pretest tubing and casing pressures were observed for 30 minutes and found to be stable. The standard annulus pressure test was then performed with all three wells passing the MIT's. This form is designed for submitting a complete and correct well completion report and log on all types of lands and leases in Alaska. ITEM 1: Classification of Service Wells: Gas injection, water injection, steam injection, air injection, salt water disposal, water supply for injection, observation, injection for in-situ combustion. ITEM 5: Indicate which elevation is used as reference (where not otherwise shown) for depth measurements given in other spaces on this form and in any attachments. ITEM 16 AND 24: If this well is completed for separate production from more than one interval (multiple completion), so state in item 16, and in item 24 show the producing intervals for only the interval reported in item 27. Submit a separate form for each additional interval to be separately produced, showing the data pertinent to such interval. ITEM 21.' Indicate whether from ground level (GL) or other elevation (DF, KB, etc.). ITEM 23: Attached supplemental records for this well should show the details of any multiple stage cementing and the location of the cementing tool. ITEM 27: Method of Operation: Flowing, Gas Lift, Rod Pump, Hydraulic Pump, Submersible, Water Injection, Gas Injection, Shut-In, Other-explain. ITEM 28: If no cores taken, indicate 'none'. SERVICES PROVIDED: DSL was picked up at spud at 112' on 26-FEB-97 and used to 5925' on 1-MAR-97. ADN DSS & CDR was picked up at the shoe at 5902' on 2-MAR-97 and used to 11100' on 6-MAR-97.. OPERATING STATISTICS: MWD operating time (over 200 GPM) for the well was 118.0 hours. MWD footage of 10988' was accomplished in 2 MWD runs. LWD time below the rotary for this well was 94.5 hours. LWD pumping time was 64.4 hours. LWD footage of 5198' was accomplished in 1 run. Anadrill JOB PERFORMANCE DIRECTIONAL A total of 116 MWD surveys were used by the Directional Driller. The continuous drift when drilling was used to monitor build rates and proved extremely useful to the directional drillers. FORMATION EVALUATION DLS was run from 112' to 5925'. ADN & CDR was run from 5902' to 11100'. DOWNHOLE SHOCK Downhole shocks were monitored closely in both hole sections on this well, but only minor shocks were recorded. LESSIONS LEARNED No problems were encountered on this well. Both hole cleaning was good and ROP seemed to increase with depth. To date, there have been 30 wells drilled on Milne Point 'F' Pad. None of these wells experienced any difficulty with shallow gas in the interval prior to placement of surface casing to depths not exceeding 5000' TVD Sub Sea. , , In light of the historical evidence indicating virtually no risk due to shallow gas at Milne Pt. F Pad within the above! mentioned interval, it is requested that forthcoming wells on the pad - for as long as the drilling on F Pad remains,(~.~¢{ continuous - can be drilled without the installation of the diverter system. A 20" riser will be installed to act as a conduit to facilitate drilling mud flow. Well control equipment consisting of 5000 psi W.P. pipe rams, blind rams, and annular preventer will be installed after setting surface casing and is capable of handling maximum potential surface pressures. Install Surface Lines and Wellhouse and turn well over to production. DRILLING HAZARDS AND RISKS: Seethe updated Milne Point F-Pad Data Sheet prepared by Pete Van Dusen for information on F pad and review recent wells drilled on F Pad. Most of the trouble time on recent wells has been due to equipment mechanical problems with the surface equipment, rather than formation drilling problems. The MPU PE group MAY be perforating, hydraulic fracturing and cleaning out wells shortly after the rig drills and completes them. This will make the near rig area congested and as a result potentially hazardous. Ensure personnel use caution moving around adjacent production activities. Close Approach: There are no close approaches associated with the drilling of MP F-73. Lost Circulation: There has not been any appreciable amount of lost circulation on any of the F Pad wellls to date. Stuck Pipe Potential: Well MPF-53 was stuck coming out on the shod trip at surface casing point. Proir to this incident there was only minor indications that the gravel and coal were present. It appears that we dragged the gravel up into the bottom of the curve and reduced our ability to move up or down. Then we lost the ability to circulate when the hole collapsed. If significant gravels are encountered stop and raise funnel viscosity to 150 cp viscosity immediately. Formation Pressure: The maximum expected pore pressure for this well is 9.6 ppg EMW (3,604 psi @ 7,221' TVD). There has been no injection in this region, therefore the reservoir pressure should not exceed this estimate and it is likely the area is somewhat depleted.
