The AOGCC BOPE Test Report is attached for reference. Several problems were encountered in getting the test started, resulting in a much longer test time. The test pump leaked back through the valves, this was repaired. The control line to the chart recorder was on the rig floor and promptly froze up and broke one end fitting which was replaced. As noted in the test report 1 failure was observed on a valve in the choke manifold. This valve was being repaired as I was leaving the rig. All things considered a very good test was observed, with the rig being in good shape and good access to all pertinent areas. Summary: I witnessed the successful BOPE test on DS/Nabors 3ES, 20 valves, 1 failure, 7 hour test time.
