Those wells that are not re-drilled immediately are identified every 6 months and assigned a current status of"Suspended." Step Task 1 The initial reviewer will check to ensure that the "Plug for Redrill"box Geologist Responsible in the upper left corner of Form 10-403 is checked. If the "Abandon" or "Suspend"boxes are also checked, cross out that erroneous entry and initial it on both copies of the Form 10-403 (AOGCC's and operator's copies). 2 If the "Abandon"box is checked in Box 15 (Well Status after proposed Geologist work) the initial reviewer will cross out that erroneous entry and initial / then it on both copies of the Form 10-403 (AOGCC's and operator's copies). Instead, check the "Suspended"box and initial that change. Drilling The drilling engineers will serve as quality control for steps 1 and 2.
