The well developed TxIA communication shortly after being brought online. A tubing patch was set over GLM #1 in spring 1998 and restored integrity. The well cycled with good ontime until it was shut -in at the end of 2002 for choke problems. After – 1 year, the choke was repaired and the well was back on production. It produced with good ontime until it was shut -in in mid - 2006 because the patch started leaking. A caliper of the tubing was also run in 2006 and indicated the tubing was in poor condition. The leaking patch was pulled and new patch was run in March 2008, which restored integrity. 18-21A well continued to cycle with degrading rate and ontime until it was . shut -in for high GOR in 2011. REASON FOR SIDETRACK 18 -21A is no longer a competitive producer due to a high GOR, and there are no remaining wellwork • options. The proposed sidetrack will access reserves in a –50 acre Zn l A target in eastern DS 18 and be completed with a 4 -1/2" tubing and liner for increased future utility. The proposed plan for 18 -21B is to drill a sidetrack of 5050' from the TSGR to Zn 1A. The existing well will be plugged and abandoned by using a CIBP and cemented liner. If the "Abandon" box is checked, we will cross that erroneous entry out and initial it on both copies of the Form 10 -403 (AOGCC's and operator's copies). 2. On the Form 10 -403 if "Abandon" is checked in Box 15 (Well Status after proposed work), Art or Steve V D. will cross that erroneous entry out and initial it on both copies of the Form 10 -403 (AOGCC's and operator's copies). Instead, we will check the "Suspended" box. Guy and Winton will serve as quality control for steps 1 and 2. 3. When Steve McMains receives the Form 10 -403 with a check in the "Plug for Redrill" box, he will enter the existing code "IBPRD" into RBDMS. This code automatically generates a comment under the History tab stating "Intent: Plug for Redrill." 4. When Steve McMains receives any Form 10 -407, he will check the History tab in RBDMS for this comment. If he sees the "Intent: Plug for Redrill" code, and cannot find any evidence that a subsequent re -drill has been COMPLETED, he will assign a status of SUSPENDED to the well bore in RBDMS, no matter what status is listed on the 10 -407. Steve will also change the status on the 10 -407 form to SUSPENDED, and will date and initial his change. If Steve does not see the "Intent: Plug for Redrill" comment or code, he will enter the status listed on the Form 10 -407 into RBDMS. 5. When the Form 10 -407 for the redrill is received, Steve M. will change the original well's status from suspended to abandoned. 6.
