Each of these wells was found to have a void in the conductor. These voids were filled with cement and corrosion inhibitor, engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serves as notification that the treatments took place and meets the requirements of form 10 -404, Report of Sundry Operations. The cement was pumped on 5/23, 2011. The corrosion inhibitor /sealant was pumped 6/22, 6/24, 6/25, 6/26, and 6/27, 2011. The attached spreadsheet presents the well name, top of cement depth prior to filling, and volumes used on each conductor. Water will be injected for the purpose of enhanced recovery into the Kuparuk interval between the depths of 9442' MDRKB and 9626' MDRKB This interval correlates with the strata found in ARCO's West Sak River State Well No. 1 between the depths of 6474' and 6880' as authorized in Rule 1 of this injection order. A Mechanical Integrity Test will be performed before injection is initiated and every four years thereafter, in compliance with Rule 6 of this order. Gorn~ ~knchorage Drill Site 2M General Procedure for Water Injection Conversions AFC #996572 Downhole Work: K83339 Surface Facilities: K83321 The following general slickline, procedure should be utilized for the initial completion of Drill Site 2M Well Nos. 26 and 14, and conversion of Well 2M-03, to water injection service. Well Nos. 26 and 14 have been completed-but are unproduced to date. Well No. 3 has been on production since April, 1992. Copies of the individual wellbore schematics are attached for reference. 1. Contact J. B. Kewin (x-6806) to insure that the sundry notice for placing the well in water injection service has been approved by the AOGCC. 2. SI well and MIRU slickline and hot oil pump truck. 3. RIH and set SV in the "D" nipple. Pressure test the tubing/DV's to 1500 psi. 4. RIH and pull the DV out of the bottom 1-1/2" GLM. , Rig up hot oiler to the 3-1/2"x 7" annulus, and reverse circulate the annulus to diesel while taking returns from the tubing. Fill the annulus with diesel to the bottom GLM. Annular capacity is .0264 Bbls/Ft. 6. RIH and reset DV in bottom 1-1/2" GLM. 7. Pressure test the tubing to 2000 psi. 8. RIH and pull the SV. 9. RDMO slickline. Notify the State for witness of the Mechanical Integrity Test. 10. Conduct MIT test. Packer depths and 7" annular pressures required are shown below. Incidental fluids developed from ddlling operations will be hauled to the nearest permitted disposal well or will be pumped down the surface/production casing annulus of the last well drilled. That annulus will be left with a non-freezing fluid during any extended shut down (> 4hr) in pumping operations. The annulus will be sealed with 175 sx of cement followed by arctic pack upon completion of fluid pumping. *Spud mud should be adjusted to a FV between 100-120 sec/qt to drill gravel beds.
