A flaring event occurred at FS1 starting at 03/06/2015 15:24 and stopping at 03/06/2015 16:30 with a volume of 504
(MSCF). The event lasted for 66 minutes and was due to the STV/IP compressor 1825 shutdown, due to amp overload
from NGLs. Flaring stopped when the turbine compressor was started up and reloaded.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

To: Jennifer Hunt, AOGCC CC: Victoria Ferguson, AOGCC

From: Jennifer Blake, GPB Production Optimization Team Leader
A flaring event occurred at LPC starting at 03/22/2015 09:47 and stopping at 03/22/2015 10:20 with a volume of 642
(MSCF). The event was a black smoke event and was due to a blown fuse sending the STV/IP compressor, Crude Oil
Surge Drum, STV Suction scrubber, IP Suction scrubber and CHID into a Blowdown Emergency Shutdown (BESD). The
event stopped when the fuse was replaced, valves went to their normal position and 1801 was restarted.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
