The event lasted for 66 minutes and was due to the STV/IP compressor 1825 shutdown, due to amp overload from NGLs. Flaring stopped when the turbine compressor was started up and reloaded. The event was a black smoke event and was due to a blown fuse sending the STV/IP compressor, Crude Oil Surge Drum, STV Suction scrubber, IP Suction scrubber and CHID into a Blowdown Emergency Shutdown (BESD). The event stopped when the fuse was replaced, valves went to their normal position and 1801 was restarted. Please let me know if you have any questions.
