The event lasted for 210 minutes and was due shutting down the turbine compressor 1802 for planned maintenance. Flaring stopped when the maintenance was completed and compressor was started up. FS -3 5/26-5/28/15 16226 Planned 1802 T/C down, flaring STV and IP gas Issues with the machine, blew it down, they struggled with several additional restarts and finally got 1802 to restart. 2. CGF 4/1/15 48066 Unplanned 1805 T/C down, stabilizers overpressure to flare This was an unplanned issue and they flared to stabilize the plant, they were able to reload 1805 and get the plant stabilized to stop the flaring. 3. FS -2 4/1-4/5/15 28957 Planned 1801 T/C shutdown for planned maintenance This was planned maintenance and to keep the plant from going completely down during the colder temperatures they had to flare 4. FS -1 8/25/15 18944 Unplanned 1803 T/C shutdown, 2nd stage nozzles There was problem associated with 2nd stage nozzle/clevis slop (2%) they Shut in wells 2-8, 2-34, 2-19, 2-21, 18-11, 2-6, 2-28, 2-22 to stop the flaring. 5. CGF 8/25/15 35569 Unplanned Flared stabilizer overhead after TAPS outage, Low rate issues coming out of the TAPs outage, They were able to start the MI Machine which closed the flare valves. For each event, explain what happened and what measures were taken to mitigate flaring such as shut in production. If production was not shut in, why not?
