A flaring event, specifically a leaking flare valve, has occurred at CGF. It started on 02/18/2015 and continued
through 02/21/15. Maintenance applied additional pressure to the actuator to seat the valve which temporarily
stopped the leaking until the valve could be isolated and rebuilt on 3/2. Upon teardown of the valve, it was
noted the cage was fine but the seats and plug needed replacement negating the need to wait 3 months for a cage
replacement. The valve has been repaired and the flaring has ceased.

A flaring event, specifically a leaking flare valve, has occurred at CGF starting at 02/18/2015 00:01 and will be
ongoing until valve repair parts are received and the valve is repaired. The leaking valve requires a cage
replacement, which is an estimated 3 month lead time for the new parts. We will continue to log the event daily
to record gas volumes flared and I will follow up with a phone call on Monday

Two flaring event occurred at GC1 on 04/17/2015:
1. Starting at 19:29 and stopping at 19:38 with a volume of 980 (MSCF). The event was a black smoke event and
was due to a low pressure divert valve hanging open causing a high rate into C Slug Catcher sending it to
flare. Flaring stopped when the divert valve was closed.
2. Starting at 23:03 and stopping at 23:34 with a volume of 1860 (MSCF). The event was a black smoke event and
was due to a 30" rupture disk rupturing and relieving though a PSV. Flaring stopped when the PSV and rupture
disk were swapped.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

My apologies for the resend, however the first report received an "undeliverable" notice from the AOGCC
Reporting email recipient.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 10/15/2015 08:09 and stopping at 10/15/2015 10:04 with a volume of
1550 (MSCF). The event was a black smoke event. The event lasted for 115 minutes and was due to K-105 and
K-108 being down for Skid 21 air dryer electrical tie-ins. The event stopped when the tie-ins were completed.
Thanks

A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 12/06/2015 18:17 and stopping at 12/06/2015 23:50 with a volume of 370
(MSCF). The event was intermittent over the duration of 333 minutes and was due to swings in the production rates
from the Annex into D Bank bumping the flow limit of the heat exchanger. The event stopped when the TEG
circulation rate was lowered. The flare was only open for 0.37 hours over the duration of the flaring event.
A flaring event occurred at GCI starting at 12/07/2015 00:02 and stopping at 12/07/2015 06:33 with a volume of 490
(MSCF). The event was intermittent over the duration of 391 minutes and was due to swings in the production rates
from the Annex into D Bank bumping the flow limit of the heat exchanger. The event stopped when the TEG
circulation rate was lowered. The flare was only open for 0.49 hours over the duration of the flaring event.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 12/08/2015 16:49 and stopping at 12/08/2015 23:52 with a volume of 140
(MSCF). The event was intermittent over the duration of 423 minutes and was due to an unknown cause. The flaring
event self -corrected and the valve to the flare was only open for 0.14 hours over the duration of the flaring event.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 12/09/2015 00:00 and stopping at 12/10/2015 with a volume of 442
(MSCF). The event was intermittent over the duration of 1440 minutes and was due to V-136 flare valve opening due
to swings in the IP suction pressure. No problem was found causing the IP suction pressure swing. The valve to
flare was only open for 1.18 hours over the duration of the flaring event
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 12/10/2015 00:00 and stopping at 12/11/2015 with a volume of 1155
(MSCF). The event was intermittent over the duration of 1440 minutes and was due to V-136 flare valve opening due
to swings in the IP suction pressure. No problem was found causing the IP suction pressure swing. The valve to
flare was only open for 3.08 hours over the duration of the flaring event.
A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 12/11/2015 00:18 and stopping at 12/11/2015 12:18 with a volume of
1990 (MSCF). The event lasted for 720 minutes and was due to V-136 flare valve opening as a result of the K-108
compressor anti surge valve failure. The event stopped when the IP Compressors were swapped to work on the
anti -surge valve. The flare was only open for 1.99 hours over the duration of the flaring event.
Work orders were written to determine and fix the cause of the unknown flare events.

Jennifer Blake

A flaring event occurred at GC1 starting at 12/13/2015 00:00 and stopping at 12/14/2015 with a volume of
195 (MSCF). The event lasted for 1440 minutes. The event was intermittent over the duration of 1440 minutes.
The flaring event was caused by the V-136 Flare Valve opening intermittently due to process conditions. The flare
valve was only open for 0.52 hours over the duration of the flaring event. The event stopped when the IP
compressors were swapped.
This flaring event is related to the flaring events earlier in the week. Work orders were written to determine and fix
the cause of the unknown flare events.
