The event lasted for 85 minutes and was due to P 203 Residue gas to flare opened up during the second field wide power failure venting down the gas transit lines due to high pressure. Meter 664. The event stopped when P203 closed when the gas transit line pressure dropped to normal pressure. A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 04/26/2016 17:15 and stopping at 04/26/2016 17:35 with a volume of 62000 (MSCF). The event lasted for 20 minutes and was due to Another power failure: P 203 Residue gas to flare opened to relieve gas transit line over pressure. Meter 664. The event stopped when Gas transit line pressure came down to normal pressure and P203 closed A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 04/30/2016 18:28 and stopping at 04/30/2016 23:59 with a volume of 6403 (MSCF). The event lasted for 331 minutes and was due to Plant start up after power loss.
