(MSCF). The event lasted for 124 minutes and was due to T\C 1805 MI 1 Shutdown on control problem/ recyc i er
660. Residue gas flare meter 664. The event stopped when we repaired and restarted MI Compressor T/C 1805.

A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 03/14/2016 08:30 and stopping at 03/14/2016 09:30 with a volume o 8000
(MSCF). The event had a volume greater than 5000 (MSCF) and was due to purging and warming the HP -6 flare le
to relight the pilot and return to it service. The event stopped when the pilot was relit and the flare valve was closed.

A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 03/1112016 14:11 and stopping at 03/12/2016 14:28 with a volume of 30796
(MSCF). The event lasted for 867 minutes and was due to Plant shutdown due to power loss. stabilizer flaring meter 660.
The event stopped when the plant was started.

A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 04/11/2016 17:21 and stopping at 04/11/2016 22:47 with a volume of 56
(MSCF). The event lasted for 326 minutes and was due to Changes in the plant while returning LTS 1 to operation after a
derime caused the MI overhead to swell up and bump flare. Volume recorded on Meter 660. The event stopped when
Ops responded to lower the Stabilizer overhead pressure and stop flaring..

(MSCF). The event lasted for 840 minutes and was due to starting up the plant's process and awaiting M/I Compressor
availability. The event was ongoing until the MI compressor started on 5/1/2016.
A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 04/29/2016 00:00 and stopping at 04/30/2016 24:00 with a volume of 21500
(MSCF). The event lasted for 1440 minutes and was due to starting up the plant's process and awaiting M/I Compressor
availability. The event was ongoing until the MI compressor started on 5/1/2016.
A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 04/30/2016 00:00 and stopping at 05/01/2016 24:00 with a volume of 36600
(MSCF). The event lasted for 1440 minutes and was due to starting up the plant's process and awaiting M/I Compressor
availability. The event stopped when the MI Compressor started up on 5/1/2016.

A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 04/24/2016 06:41 and stopping at 04/24/2016 07:00 with a volume of 93000
(MSCF). The event lasted for 19 minutes and was due to Residue gas to CCP P203 opened during the field wide power
failure due to high pressure venting down the gas transit line to normal pressure. Meter 664. The event stopped when
Gas transit line pressure dropped to normal pressure and P 203 flare valve closed.
A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 04/25/2016 01:05 and stopping at 04/25/2016 02:30 with a volume of 23200
(MSCF). The event lasted for 85 minutes and was due to P 203 Residue gas to flare opened up during the second field
wide power failure venting down the gas transit lines due to high pressure. Meter 664. The event stopped when P203
closed when the gas transit line pressure dropped to normal pressure.
A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 04/26/2016 17:15 and stopping at 04/26/2016 17:35 with a volume of 62000
(MSCF). The event lasted for 20 minutes and was due to Another power failure: P 203 Residue gas to flare opened to
relieve gas transit line over pressure. Meter 664. The event stopped when Gas transit line pressure came down to normal
pressure and P203 closed
A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 04/30/2016 18:28 and stopping at 04/30/2016 23:59 with a volume of 6403
(MSCF). The event lasted for 331 minutes and was due to Plant start up after power loss. The event stopped when Flare
valve closed

A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 05/01/2016 00:00 and stopping at 05/02/2016 with a volume of 36186 (MSCF).
The event lasted for 1440 minutes and was due to starting up the plant's process and awaiting M/I Compressor
availability. The event stopped when the MI Compressor started up on 5/1/2016. The flaring event was intermittent.
A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 05/13/2016 21:43 and stopping at 05/13/2016 22:31 with a volume of 65000
(MSCF) and was due to testing flare staging valve operation. The event stopped when flare testing was completed,
01 P2031C closed and flare valves closed.

A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 06/25/2016 00:37 and stopping at 06/25/2016 05:07 with a volume of 229
(MSCF). The event lasted for 270 minutes and was due to high pressure in the stabilizer overhead caused by a plant
upset while taking off-line for the TAPs planned shutdown. The event stopped when the stabilizer vent to flare closed.
A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 06/29/2016 01:22 and stopping at 06/29/2016 12:29 with a volume of 42026
(MSCF). The event lasted for 667 minutes and was due to starting the plant up after the TAPS outage. The event stopped
when CGF started the off-line T/C and stabilized the facility process and operation.

A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 12/04/2016 10:10 and stopping at 12/04/2016 11:10 with a volume of 10447
(MSCF), The event had a volume greater than 5000 (MSCF) and was due to a tandem compressor (T/C) 1885 shutdown
from a spurious seal oil differential pressure switch problem. The event stopped when the T/C was restarted.
A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 12125/2016 00:30 and stopping at 12/25/2016 04:25 with a volume of 34605
(MSCF). The event lasted for 235 minutes and was due to a shutdown and subsequent blowdown of the 1805 Miscible
Injection (MI) Compressor for unplanned maintenance. The event stopped when the operations/maintenance technician
troubleshooting was completed and the MI Compressor was restarted.
A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 12/26/2016 00:47 and stopping at 12/26/2016 02:59 with a volume of 23662
(MSCF). The event lasted for 132 minutes and was due to a tandem compressor (T/C) 1885 shutdown from a gas control
valve issue. The event stopped when the T/C was restarted.
A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 12/26/2016 07:54 and stopping at 12/26/2016 10:58 with a volume of 33949
(MSCF). The event lasted for 184 minutes and was due to a tandem compressor (T/C) 1885 shutdown from a gas control
valve issue. The event stopped when the T/C was restarted.
A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 12/28/2016 04:16 and stopping at 12/28/2016 05:03 with a volume of 7717
(MSCF). The event had a volume greater than 5000 (MSCF) and was due to an MI Compressor 1805 shutdown due to
controls/instrumentation failure. The event stopped when the MI compressor was restarted.
A flaring event occurred at CGF starting at 12/29/2016 09:45 and stopping at 12/29/2016 12:30 with a volume of 33885
(MSCF). The event lasted for 165 minutes and was due to a tandem compressor (T/C) 1885 shutdown from an
instrumentation problem. The event stopped when the T/C was restarted.
