The `plus' portion of the sidetrack involved replacing the old tubing with brand new 3-1/2" L-80 tubing. The initial 1600' of Z1A perfs struggled to flow - the well came online at 1400 BOPD and 2500 GOR on raw gas lift. This quickly dropped to about 700 bopd and 1800 GOR within a couple of months. As a result, an additional 250' of Zn 1 B perfs was shot in the toe (in a stratigraphically shallower interval), in Dec 1999. These adperfs increased the rate to over 2000 BOPD at 2000 GOR and made the well fulltime for the next 2-1/2 years. In the summer of 2003, the well had reached MGOR, and plans were made to shoot another 100' of remaining zone 1 B interval in the heel. These perfs were shot in November 2003, and performance improved dramatically. The initial post-pert rate was nearly 2000 BOPD with a GOR of 8,000. By early June 2004, production had declined to 1100 BOPD with a 21,000 GOR. The well became a decent cycler from the early part of 2005 until the fall of that year when its common line was switched from LP to HP. This change in common lines seemed to have negatively impacted the well. Attempts to bring it back to the LP header have not helped since it always seems to come back at MGOR. The well has never produced gas rates of more than 30 mmscfd. A June 2004 SCMT shows the TOC behind the 2-3/8" liner to be at 9100' MD. The STP shows a liner leak and annular flow just above the TOC. The March 2006 caliper shows holes in three joints that are between 8800' - 9100' MD inside the 2-3/8" liner. These holes inside the 2-3/8" liner do not affect the production. A calliper run in March 2006 shows the tubing to be in good to poor condition with 5 joints having wall penetrations of greater than 40% (with 48% being the worst case) and the majority of pipe falling between 10-40% penetrations. The well failed the MITOA on 1/11/08 with a LLR of 1.1 BPM at 2000 psi. The well passed the MITIA to 2500 psi on January 20, 2008. The reason for the sidetrack is that 15-25A has been a low on-time swing well since the fall of 2005. The well shows no re-charge or healing even after long shut-in periods as it always comes back at LP marginal. Attempts to flow it in the HP header have been unsuccessful. The lack of viable wellwork options and the low on-time of 20% in the last 12 months make 15-25A of little benefit to the field. REASON FOR SUNDRY: In order to achieve adequate isolation for the 2-7/8" liner cement job on the 15-256 sidetrack, it will be necessary to abandon all the perforations in the existing parent well bore. Pre-CT Rig Work: 1. MIT-IA 2. Drift 2-3/8" liner for CIBP 3. Run multifinger calliper in 2-3/8" liner and production tubing from 9,600' to surface. 4. Set CIBP in 2-3/8" liner C~ 9,500', and test to 3500 psi. 5. Jet cut 2-3/8" liner C~3 9,090'. 6. Pickup on cut section of liner with service coil to confirm pipe is cut and free. 7. Install a 2"d valve on the IA and PT. 8. AC-PPPOT-IC 9. Install a TWC. 10. Bleed production flow lines and GL lines down to zero and blind flange. 11. Change out tree and adapter flange rom 3-1/8" to 4-1/16", PT as per SOP, but to include MV, SV, WV. 12. Remove wellhouse, level pad. ;. • Rig Sidetrack Operations: (Scheduled to begin on April 18, 2008 using Nordic rig 1) 1. MIRU Nordic Rig 1 2. NU 7-1116" CT Drilling BOPE and test. ~~~5 ~ ~v ~...-~ 3. Pull TWC, load well with KWF. 5. Set Baker TT 3-1/2" x 5-1/2" whipstock with top at 9070'. 6. Mill 2.75"" window at 9,070'. 7. Drill build/turn section with 2.70" x 3.0" bicenter bit, and land well. t~, 8. Drill lateral section to 11,850'. ~~-~~. ~~.1~ 9. Run and cement a 2-3/8" L-80 liner string, abandoning perfs in parent wellbore. 10. Make a cleanout run with mill and motor. 11. Make a logging run with a SWS GR-CNL logging tool. 12. Perforate well. 13. Circulate well to KWF brine. FP well to 2000' with diesel. 14. Set BPV. ND 7-1/16" stack. FP tree and PT tree cap to 3500 psi. 15. RDMO Nordic 1. Post-Rig Work: 1. General: This form is designed for submitting a complete and correct well completion report and log on all types of lands and leases in Alaska. Item 1: Classification of Service wells: Gas injection, water injection, steam injection, air injection, salt water disposal, water supply for injection, observation, injection for in-situ combustion. Item 5.' Indicate which elevation is used as reference (where not otherwise shown) for depth measurements given in other spaces on this form and in any attachments. Item 16 and 24: If this well is completed for separate production from more than one interval (multiple completion), so state in item 16, and in item 24 show the producing intervals for the interval reported in item 27. Submit a separate form for each additional interval to be separately produced, showing the data pertinent to such interval. Item 21: Indicate whether from ground level (GL) or other elevation (DF, KB, etc.). Item 23: Attached supplemental records for this well should show the details of any multiple stage cementing and the location of the cementing tool. Item 27: Method of Operation: Flowing, Gas Lift, Rod Pump, Hydraulic Pump, Submersible, Water Injection, Gas Injection, Shut-in, Other-explain. Well 15-25A was drilled to TD @ 10957' MD 8779' SSTVD) on Run 10. (6) The interval from 10939' MD (8779' SSTVD) to 10957' MD (8779' SSTVD) was not logged due to sensor to bit offset. (7) The data presented here has been depth shifted to a PDC (Primary Depth Control) supplied by Arco Alaska (SWS 11/30/99). The PDC GR was logged in the 15-25A borehole which was sidetracked from the PB1 borehole at 10044' MD. The MWD Gamma Ray was tied to the PDC GR above 10044' MD.
