Production should continue to be reported as a function of the original API number stated above. Per Statute AS 31.05.030(d)(2)(B) and Regulation 20 AAC 25.071, composite curves for well logs runmust be submitted to the AOGCCwithin 90days after completion, suspension or abandonment of this well. This permit to drill does not exempt you from obtaining additional permits or an approval required by law from other governmental agencies and does not authorize conducting drilling operations until all other required permits and approvals have been issued. In addition, the AOGCC reserves the right to withdraw the permit in the event it was erroneously issued.
