Per Statute AS 31.05.030(d)(2)(B) and Regulation 20 AAC 25.071,composite curves for well logs run must be submitted to the AOGCCwithin 90 days after completion, suspension or abandonment of this well. This permit to drill does not exempt you from obtaining additional permits or an approval required by law from other governmental agencies and does not authorize conducting drilling operations until all other required permits and approvals have been issued. The Baker Rep will instruct the driller when the slot is lined up, the shear bolt then can be made up by the Baker Rep. 11.18 The assembly can now be picked up to ensure that the shear bolt is tight. 11.19 If not done yet, scribe tools to orient MWD equipment to whipstock tray. 11.20 Remove the handling system. 11.21 Slowly run in the hole as per Baker Rep. Run extremely slow through the BOP & wear bushing. 11.22 Run in hole at 1 ½ to 2 minutes per stand. 11.23 Fill every 30 stands or as needed, do not rotate or work the string unnecessarily. 11.24 If not still on location, call for Baker Rep. 15 – 10 stands before getting to bottom. 11.25 Orient whipstock, ~60° right-of-high-side, at least 30-45’ above CIBP. P/U and S/O on DP to work all torque out. Orient the whipstock 60°R of high side. 12.3 Once whipstock is in desired orientation, slack off and tag CIBP to set Bottom Trip Anchor. 12.4 Set down 20K on anchor to trip, P/U 10-15K maximum overpull to verify anchor is set. The window mill can then be sheared off by slacking off weight on the Whipstock shear bolt. 12.5 P/U 5-10’ above top of Whipstock. 12.6 Displace to 9.0 ppg 6% KCl/PHPA drilling fluid. 12.7 Pressure test casing to 3000 psi / 30 min. Chart record casing test & keep track of the amount of fluid pumped. 12.8 Record P/U, S/O weights, and free rotation. Slack off to top of whipstock and with light weight and low torque. Mill window. Utilize 4 ditch magnets on the surface to catch metal cuttings. 12.9 Install catch trays in shaker underflow chute to help catch iron. 12.10 Keep iron in separate bbls. Section 12.0 also has the extra monitoring/hold point for the FIT (pages 16-17).
