The event continued while the Operations and Maintenance teams were troubleshooting interim mitigations to the fouling while waiting for permanent repair parts. The flaring event stopped on 09/13/2017 when the odd reboiler fouling was cleared and throughput was kept at reduced rates while the even reboiler was waiting parts for permanent repair. • 09/06/2017: volume of 3760 (MSCF).
