The following summarizes the procedure required to prep E-35 for drilling and is submitted as an attachment to Form 10-403. A schematic diagram of this proposed completion is attached. 1. Tree wing & master valves will be tested. :2. Using slickline, tubing will be drifted, a caliper run on the liner & gas lift mandrels will be dummied off. 3. Inner Annulus will be liquid packed and pressure tested. 4. Using coil tubing a 4-1/2" through tubing whipstock will be run & set in the 4- 1/2" slotted liner at approximately 9,190'md (8,735' TVDss). 5. Service coil may then mill a 3.8" window out of the 4-1/2" slotted liner. Slickline and service coil prep work is expected to commence June 21. Coil tubing drilling operations, as detailed below will commence June 28, 2001. 1. A 3-~A'' sidetrack, -1786' long will be drilled out of 4-1/2" slotted liner and into Zones 2B and 2C. 2.
