Subject: SI11-FN6 (PTD# 213-128) TxIA Communication
Mr. Wallace,
Today (05-25-22), ENI noticed a concern with tubing by inner annulus communication on SI11-FN6. The IA pressure increased from 14 psi to 587 psi over
a 5 hour period. The injector will be shut in and remain shut in until further diagnostics can be conducted with slickline/eline.
SI11-FN6 past its last 4-year MIT on 05/01/21. Please let me know of any concerns or further data the AOGCC requires. Thank you.

What went as, or better than, planned:
No major issues with Insite or our gas equipment occurred during surface section. A new 9000 THA
was sent to location and operated normally.
Difficulties experienced:
The hydrogen generator lost pressure a few times during the very beginning of this section. After
changing out the poly flow line and connector from the hyrdogen generator to the THC for a second
time the issue was solved. The pressure losses did not result in any gas data being lost on the log.
Canrig Rigwatch program did not function as it should for the entire rig. Rigwatch had nearly a 2
minute delay in transmitting data. This caused problems with our depth tracking and ROP values. The
company man, toolpusher, and geologist were all aware of the Rigwatch program issues rigwide.
Recommendations:
All mudloggers should be trained and communicated to how the connector on the back of the
hydrogen generator should be place on. It needs to be tightened a tad bit but not enough to pinch the
poly flow cord.

What went as, or better than, planned:
INSITE functioned properly this section and no problems with software were experienced. The new
9000 THA worked fine as well as the gas chromatograph.
Difficulties experienced:
Canrigs Rigwatch system began to malfunction rigwide once again around the middle part of
intermediate section. The stroke counter for pump 2 was glitchy causing our pumps stks/min to read
lower than what they actually were. Canrig also caused small gaps in data due to the depth tracker
being glitchy. Towards the end of the section we encountered issues with our gas detection. The
latches that connect the bottom gas can part to the gas trap motor broke off. This caused the gas trap
motor section to sit in the gas can at a slight angle making the blades scrape against the can. Due to
the blades frequently breaking we took the gas trap set up to be welded together as a last resort. The
genie filter was also changed out after unsuccessful bag test close to the end of intermediate section,
we had a successful bag test of 985 units before drilling intermediate section.
Recommendations:
A spare gas can should have been on location for a easier fix instead of having to take the whole gas
trap to the welding shop while drilling. The genie filter needs to be changed before each well.
Frequent blowbacks of gas line will be key to keep moisture out of genie filter.

What went as, or better than, planned:
Gas traps functioned well. Insite functioned well. Lag was calculated properly. Gas lines did not
freeze.
Difficulties experienced:
There were no mechanical or computer issues to deal with during this section. All equipment
functioned as it should so diffuculties logging this section did not happen. Although attention should be
given to quality control. Nessasary tasks should not be left to the next person coming on tour. By
paying attention to details as they occur the quality of the overall job will rise.
Recommendations:
Blow back gas lines whenever the possibility arises.
