The cement plug was set in the 7"casing with coil tubing and squeezed into the perforations. The plug was set from 11320' to10530' with the top perforation at 11238'. The plug was tagged at 10517' with wire line before i arrived on location. The tubing was then pressure tested to 2400 PSI for 30 minutes. Continue pumping (with diesel) and down squeeze +5 bbls cement into perforations from 11,300'-11,310' MD leaving -+25.0 bbls (+_673') cement above top perforation. Insure cement wash-up water is properly disposed. NOTE: Diesel displacement is to freeze protect well (to 2,000' MD) until such time that tubing cut and wireline dummy run can be performed. If injection cannot be established, a coil tubing unit will be required to complete the P&A. Circulate 30.0 bbl (168.5 ft3) above top perforation (11,300' MD), PU coil, clear tools and POOH. RU slickline unit and make dummy run to TOC. If required by onsite ACX3CC representative, pressure test cement plug to 1,500 psi. Tag and record TOC (Min. acceptable TOCis 100' above the top perf = 11,200' MD). · · Have AOGCC representative on location during testing and tagging operations. RU electric line unit. RIH and jet cut the 7" tubing at 9,400' MD. RU and reverse circulate the wellbore through the tubing cut with seawater until returns are clear. Freeze protect well with diesel to 2,000'. NOTE: 9-5/8" x 7" annulus contains 10.3 ppg CaCI2. Test 9-5/8 .... YB" Pack off to 3,500 psi (casing on slips) and service lock down studs. Notify Rig Representative immediately of any pressure test or wellhead condition problems. Bleed any pressure from the tubing, inner and outer annuli to zero psi. The SSV was then ~ and a pressure of 880 psig above the SSSV monitored for five minutes with no increase. Annular pressure between the 9 5/8" and 7" was 100 psig. Tests were concluded at 3:05 PM and a field inspection report pre~. ~ with the original given to A1 Lawton, a copy for ~2~x Fernandez, and a copy attached to this report. ~L=dnesday, ~ 5, 1977_- Tests on J-7 began at 1:25 t~'4 with the SSSV set Mt 2i50' WI/4.
