Additionally this well has a history of producing rocks and formation debris creating bridges and plugging off the production choke. Coil is unable to cleanout current wellbore due to junk. Objective of the sidetrack is a replacement well bore for the damaged 3H-25 producer, to test the C-Sand periphery per influence of the seismic amplitudes and determine the presence of Al-Sand in the area that may warrant further development. Therefore, the well will be P&A'd by setting a cement retainer in the 3-1/2" tubing tail below the production packer and down-squeezing cement into the open perfs as noted on the plugback schematic. P&A WORK (Pre-Rig): 1. RU slickline unit. RIH and dummy off all GLM's. pressure test 7" casing to 3500 psi for 30 min (chart test). 2. RU pump truck. Perform injectivity test for upcoming CTU squeeze, by bullheading +/- 15 bbls of diesel down tubing into perforations. Record pressure and pump rate. . RU CTU. RIH and establish injection rate into perforations. Record breakdown pressure and rate. Note final injection rate and pressure. Tie-in CTU depth with RKB depth and flag coil. RIH with Baker 2-1/8" or 2-1/2" inflatable cement retainer on CTU and set retainer at +/-12,022" MD RKB (middle of 8' x 3-1/2" pup joint in tubing tail below Baker 'FHL' retrievable packer). 4. Squeeze 10.5 bbls of 15.8 ppg Class G cement below retainer. (3 bbl for the 3-1/2" and 7" volume below the retainer down to top of fill at 12,111' MD RKB + 7.5 bbls into perfs.) If needed, use a spotting valve placed immediately above the retainer to displace the cement down coil to desired distance above top of retainer. Close valve and pump cement squeeze below retainer into peals. Unsting from retainer and circulate any excess cement from well bore. Leave well shut-in with initial tubing pressure on wellhead. RDMO CTU. 5. Bleed annulus pressure to 0 psi. Pressure test tubing above inflatable retainer to 2500 psi for 30 min. Slowly bleed tubing pressure to 0 psi and monitor pressure for build-up. 6. RU slickline unit. RIH and pull 1-1/2" DV from bottom GLM at 11,947' MD RKB, leaving an open pocket. 7. RU E-line unit. RIH and cut tubing at +/-11,975' MD RKB (middle of 31' x 3-1/2" joint between bottom GLM and Baker PBR expansion joint). 8. Remove well house and scaffolding. No cement bond logs to be run in 9-5/8" casing. Install and test BOPE. Test casing to 2000 psi. Drill out cement and 10' of new hole. Perform leak off test to 12.5 ppg EMW. Drill 8-1/2" hole to total depth (12430') according to directional plan. Run open hole evaluation logs or LWD tools as needed. Run and cement 7" casing. Maximum anticipated surface pressure is calculated using a surface casing leak-off of 13.5 ppg EMW and a gas gradient of 0.11 psi/ft. This shows that formation breakdown would occur before a surface pressure of 1769 psi could be reached. Therefore, ARCO Alaska, Inc. will test the BOP equipment to 3000 psi. The nearest well to 3H-25 is 3H-12. As designed, the minimum distance between the two wells would be 10.7' @ 600' MD. Incidental fluids developed from drilling operations will be hauled to the nearest permitted disposal well or will be pumped down the surface/production casing annulus of the last well drilled. That annulus will be left with a non-freezing fluid during any extended shut down (> 4hr) in pumping operations. The annulus will be sealed with 225 sx of cement followed by arctic pack upon completion of fluid pumping. *Spud mud should be adjusted to a FV between 50-80 sec/qt to drill gravel beds.
