ITEM 1a: Classification of Service Wells: Gas Injection, Water Injection, Water-Alternating-Gas Injection, Salt Water Disposal, Water Supply for Injection, Observation, or Other. Multiple completion is defined as a well producing from more than one pool with production from each pool completely segregated. Each segregated pool is a completion. ITEM 4b: TPI (Top of Producing Interval). ITEM 8: The Kelly Bushing elevation in feet above mean low low water. Use same as reference for depth measurements given in other spaces on this form and in any attachments. ITEM 13: The API number reported to AOGCC must be 14 digits (ex: 50-029-20123-00-00). ITEM 20: True vertical thickness. ITEM 22: Attached supplemental records for this well should show the details of any multiple stage cementing and the location of the cementing tool. ITEM 23: If this well is completed for separate production from more than one interval (multiple completion), so state in item 1, and in item 23 show the producing intervals for only the interval reported in item 26. (Submit a separate form for each additional interval to be separately produced, showing the data pertinent to such interval). ITEM 26: Method of Operation: Flowing, Gas Lift, Rod Pump, Hydraulic Pump, Submersible, Water Injection, Gas Injection, Shut-In, or Other (explain). ITEM 27: If no cores taken, indicate "None". Thanks, Winton McLaughlin, Sean M wrote: The main reason is that I'm worried about the 4-1/2" x 7" IBP holding. This well has gone thru 5 of them so far. There could be -800psí differential across the IBP with completion fluid on top of it and I just don't trust that it will hold. Another reason is that coil will be rigged up to pump cement anyways and there is not much difference between pumping 3bbls or 75 bbls. The equipment needed is the same for both cases. We just need to load out more cement and modify the thickening time. At first I was not convinced that we'd get a good squeeze on the slotted liner but don't think it will be a problem after reviewing it again. sean From: Winton Aubert [mailto:wìnton.. aubert@admin.state.ak.us] . Thanks, Winton Aubert AOGCC 793-1231 SCAì\1NED JUN 1 ~7 2005 McLaughlin, Sean M wrote: Winton, I've changed the P&A procedure slightly for E-33. The Sundry has already been approved (305-139). Instead of pumping 3 bbl of cmt on top of an IBP I'd like to pump a much larger volume of cement (75bbl) to plug the perfs and slotted liner. What needs to happen as far as the Sundry goes? I've attached a schematic for your reference. Prudhoe Well E-33- Plug Back in Preparation for SIT Attached are plots of production history and decline analysis for the subject well. The well has been SI since mid 2004. Current production is from Zone 2 of the Ivishak. The sidetrack will be to Zone 1. Last few months production was about 250 BOPD at a GOR of about 30,000 scf/STB. At this high GOR, the production is mostly condensate. I project roughly 320 MSTB remaining reserves if a limiting GOR of 80 MSCF/STB is used (roughly 100 BPD end rate). Backing out condensate at a yield of 20 BBL/MMSCF, I calculate no remaining no black oil reserves. The application contents were poor; little background information was supplied. However, as there are few reserves remaining, and likely surrounding wells will drain the small amount of oil and condensate, I recommend approval of this sundry. ) 100 &> ) ffiUDI-Œ BA.Y, ffiUDI-Œ aL ffiUDI-Œ BA.Y A3U_E &æ (]2922422DXJ: 100 - Oil Rae (æ) ( iIfttiId) ,., , Vltcia- Rae (aJ) ( iIfttiId) nononnnon Vltcia- Irj Rae (aJ) ( iIfttiId) n,',onn'n Gæ Rae (cq ( fv'Mcf/d) on,......,_ Gæ Irj Rae (CD) (WMcf/d) - Gæ 101 Raia ( Mcf/W) n,non, onn, Vltcia- O:.t - Oil Rae (PO) ( iIfttiId) .... ......., Gæ Rae (PO) (WMcf/d) - - _._-.--_.,-----_..~--_._---.._---_..__.__.,-- ..J{ . ¡\ ., I " } i '-' I II f Ii, I I , ii, I J I i I i 10~- i, ,.,.
