The last AOGCC witnessed MIT-IA was conducted on 11/15/2020 which passed to 1800 psi. We plan to leave the well on injection to aid in diagnostics. Annulus pressures will be maintained under MOASP while diagnostics are performed, if the IA pressure cannot be managed with periodic bleeds the well will be shut-in. Plan forward: 1. PPPOT-T, PPPOT-IC. 2. Bleed OAP, Monitor. 3. Request Administrative Approval for continued injection with slow IA repressurization as necessary. Please contact me with any questions or concerns. Reviewing the well file, the well had a CTD sidetrack completed on 4/28/14. I am unable to locate an MIT-IA conducted post sidetrack. My records have the most recent MIT-IA conducted on MPF-30 (PTD# 195184) on 11/26/13.The test was unwitnessed and passed to 4154 psi. I checked with BPXA, and they confirmed this is the most recent MIT-IA in their records. The last AOGCC witnessed MIT-IA on the MPF-30 well file shows a passing MIT-IA to 2120 psi on 9/29/2012. The well is expected to remain shut in until sometime in November. Our plan forward is to obtain a shut-in MIT-IA to confirm integrity now and then we will notify the AOGCC when returning the well to injection in November for stabilization and witnessed MIT-IA testing. Additionally, I have gone through and verified that Hilcorp's other operable North Slope sidetracked injectors have all had MIT-lAs post sidetrack.
