Each of these wells was found to have a void in the conductor. These voids were filled with cement if needed and corrosion inhibitor, engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serves as notification that the treatments took place and meets the requirements of form 10-404, Report of Sundry Operations. The cement was pumped September 20~' and October 13~' 2009. The corrosion inhibitor/sealant was pumped October 15~' and 315t + November 1 St and 2na 2009. The attached spreadsheet presents the well name, top of cement depth prior to filling, and volumes used on each conductor. After frac, verify and record weight of remaining proppant. 6. Pump fracture treatment per the attached schedule. Ramp up gradually to the initial proppant concentration of 4 ppg. Kuparuk onsite Operations Engineer will place samples in hot water bath at 140° F to observe break time (the fracture treatment will have cooled the Kuparuk formation {lightly). For 2G-02, the anticipated break time is 8 hours. .. After the design break time and after ~/erifying that the gel has broken in the water bath, Operations Engineer will phone Drill Site Operator to authorize start of flowback. If gel has not broken, DO NOT ATTEMPT FLOWBACK. Flow at 5 to 10 BPH until bottoms up. Verify that gel is broken and proppant is not being produced. After one day of flowing at the above rate, decrease wellhead pressure in 50 psi increments every two hours until the well is producing at header pressure. MMIT THE FLOWRATE INCREASE TO NO MORE THAN 750 BOPD/DAY. Record tank straps (rates), choke settings, and WHP's during the flowback period. Take BS&W samples every 8 hrs. Inspect samples for Carbo-Ute. If Carbo-Lite is found, increase WHP by 100 psi and contact Operations Engineering (Currier/O'Dell). Well can be turned to CPF when BS&W is less than 2%. Describeproposed program: ARCO Alaska, Inc., proposes to drill a Kuparuk River Field development well to approximately 8248'MD (6242' TVD). Selected intervals will be logged. A 20", 2000 psi annular diverter will be installed on the 16" conductor while drilling the surface hole. The 13-5/8", 5000 psi, RSRRA BOPE stack will be installed on the 9-5/8" surface pipe. It will be tested upon installation and weekly thereafter. Test pressure will be 3000 psig (1800 psi for annular), Expected maximum surface pressure is 2736 psi. Pressure calculations are based on virgin reservoir pressure. Surface pressure is calculated with an unexpanded gas bubble at surface, including temperature effects. Casing will be tested to 2000 psi prior to releasing the drilling rig. Non-freezing fluids will be left in uncemented annuli through the permafrost interval. 2C-10 will be 58' away from 2C-11 at the surface. There are no closer wellbores anywhere downhole. Reserve pit fluids will be disposed of by pumping them down the 7" x 9-5/8" annulus of this well. The 7" x 9-5/8" annulus will be left with a non-freezing fluid during any (see attached sheet) 23. The well will be completed by the workover rig using 3-1/2", 9.2#/ft, J-SS, 8rd, BTC tubing. Selected intervals will be perforated within the Kuparuk formation and reported on subsequent reports. A subsurface safety valve will be installed and tested upon conclusion of the job. After the workover rig has moved off location, this well will be fracture stimulated.
