Hilcorp Alaska, LLC February 7, 2025 Mr. Brett Huber, Commissioner Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission 333 W. 7th Avenue, Suite 100 Anchorage, AK 99501 Re: 2024 Annual Material Balance Calculations Pretty Creek Gas Storage Facility, Pretty Creek Unit #4 Dear Commissioner Huber: Attached for your review is the 2024 “Annual Performance Report” for the Pretty Creek Gas Storage Facility (PCU #4), as required per AOGCC Storage Injection Order #4 (SIO #4). This material balance report covers the primary production period through the 2024 gas storage operations. The 51-5 gas storage reservoir was in active use for all of 2024 and was an important component of total gas deliverability for the Cook Inlet. There is one active well that is used for injection and production – Pretty Creek Unit #4 (aka PCU #4, PTD# 201193). Attached find injection and production data for 2024. Hilcorp has performed material balance calculations on the 51-5 reservoir to provide assurance of continued reservoir confinement of the gas storage volumes. Supporting data is attached in numerical and graphical form for the convenience of the reader. All production and injection cycles performed in 2024 consistently match the historical P/Z trend established by past performance of this reservoir.
