Each of these wells was found to have a void in the conductor. These voids were filled with cement if needed and corrosion inhibitor, engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serves as notification that the treatments took place and meets the requirements of form 10-404, Report of Sundry Operations. The cement was pumped August 15th and 23rd 2009, and the corrosion inhibitor/sealant was pumped August 27~`, 28;1i and 29~' 2009. The attached spreadsheet presents the well name, top of cement depth prior to filling, and volumes used on each conductor. Please ca11 Perry Klein or MJ Loveland at 907-659-7043, if you have any questions. The damage appears in the forms of shallow pitting and corrosion. No significant areas of cross-sectional wall loss or 1.0. restrictions are recorded in the 3.5" tubing interval logged. Cross-sectional drawings of the most significant events recorded are included in this report. The distribution of maximum - recorded penetrations is illustrated in the Body Region Analysis Page of this report. A graph illustrating the correlation of recorded damage to borehole profile is included in this report. MAXIMUM RECORDED WALL PENETRATIONS: Isolated Pitting 8,646 Ft (MD) ( 32%) Jt 277 @ No other significant wall penetrations (> 19%) are recorded. MAXIMUM RECORDED CROSS-SECTIONAL METAL LOSS: No significant areas of cross-sectional wall loss (> 4%) are recorded. MAXIMUM RECORDED ID RESTRICTIONS: No significant 1.0. restrictions are recorded. The nearest well to 1 R-27 is 1 R-26. As designed, the minimum distance between the two wells would be 30' @ Surface. The wells would diverge from that point. Incidental fluids developed from drilling operations will be hauled to the nearest permitted disposal well or will be pumped down the surface/production casing annulus of the last well drilled. That annulus will be left with a non-freezing fluid during any extended shut down (> 4hr) in pumping operations.
