All,
Per conversation with Chris Wallace, we are good to leave this well on injection until the AA is final. I will keep it on the Under Evaluation list for now and will update as
soon as we get final approval back. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Subject: UNDER EVALUTATION: Produced Water Injector MPF-110 (PTD# 218-022)
Mr. Wallace,
Produced Water Injector MPF-110 (PTD# 218-022) passed a witnessed MIT-IA to 1701 psi on 04/08/2022. Afterwards the inner annulus pressure saw a pressure increase
which initially appeared to be thermally related and was bled. Inner annulus pressure has continued to show repressurization post bleed. The well is now classified as
UNDER EVALUATION and is placed on a 28 day clock for further evaluation and diagnostics.
Plan Forward:
1. PPPOT-T – Complete, Passed to 5000 psi
2. MIT-IA
3. AOGCC Witness MIT-IA (Pending)
4. Eng to evaluate further diagnostics/repair or AA
