Dear Mr- Billtngsley~ A review of our files indicates that ARCO Alaska In¢, as operator of the subject wells, has not fully complied with all of the requirements ~.associated.with the .drilling of .~hese wells. A complete set of washed and dried drill cuttings, and a sepia and a reproduced copy of a complete mud log for each well have yet-to be Submitted. State regulation requires 'that these materials must be filed with the Comm~ssion within thirty days after completion, suspension, or abandonment of a drilling well. Please let me know if there is any problem with submitting these materials in a timely manner.
