Circulate clean and cement according to the attached cementing program. Use top and bottom wiper plugs for displacement. Actual volumes to be determined by caliper log and should be calculated to provide 10% excess in open hole with TOC at ±4000' (1500' below 13-3/8" shoe). Note: Reciprocate casing during circulation and while mixing and displacing cement. Maximum overpull on casing is 160,000# over string weight. Use cement unit not mud pumps for displacement. Once cement is in place, flush 7" x 13-3/8" annulus by bullheading 375 bbls of mud. This will ensure the annulus is open for injection. Land 7" casing. Install and test 13-5/8" 3M x 11" 5M casing head with secondary packoff for 7". Nipple up 13-5/8", 5000 psi W.P. BOP stack (API 5M-RSRdA). Test all rams to 5000 psi. Test annular to 3500 psi. Drill 5-10' of new hole below current T.D. 3. Circulate and condition mud (MW even in and out, properties consistent and acceptable). Pull up to the casing shoe. Close the annular preventer. 4. Establish formation leak off by pumping down the drill pipe as follows: a. Pump at a constant rate of one quarter (%) BPM using cement pumps. b. Record and plot cumulative volume pumped (% bbl increments) vs. drill pipe pressure until leak off is reached. Leak off is reached when the pressure increase is no longer constant for each % bbl pumped and will be seen as a deflection to the right on the plot. The actual leak off pressure is the last point on the straiqht line of the graph (last point of constant pressure increase / % bbl pumped). NOTE: Equip cementing unit with pressure gauge in suitable range for anticipated surface pressure (generally, anticipated surface pressure plus 30%). · Upon reaching leak off, stop pumps and record pressure. immediately and at one minute intervals for ten minutes or until decline levels off, whichever comes first. 6.
