Some of these wells were found to have a void in the conductor by surface casing annulus. The volume of annular void subsequently was filled with a corrosion inhibiter engineered to prevent water ITom entering the annular space. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serves as notification that the treatments took place and meets the requirements of f01111 10-404, Report of Sundry Operations. Maximum anticipated surface pressure is calculated using a surface casing leak-off of 13.5 ppg EMW (Kuparuk average) and a gas gradient of .1t ~psi/f-t. .This shows that formation breakdown-would occur before a'surface pressure of. 3000 psi could be reached.
