Each of these wells was found to have a void in the conductor. These voids were filled with cement if needed and corrosion inhibitor, engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serves as notification that the treatments took place and meets the requirements of form 10-404, Report of Sundry Operations. The cement was pumped January 16, March 21, 2010. The corrosion inhibitor/sealant was pumped April 15, 16 and 17, 2010. The attached spreadsheet presents the well name, top of cement depth prior to filling, and volumes used on each conductor. Please call Perry Klein or MJ Loveland at 907-659-7043, if you have any questions. Projects Supervisor .. ConocoPhillips Alaska Inc. This sand has not been previously perforated because this area was used for gas storage in the past. We now believe the C Sand will produce at GOR's our facilities can accommodate. Wireline lubricator and BOP's will be used for well control. Also, no special fluids are required for perforating. Thursday, May 30, 1985: i arrived a~ Parker Rig No. 191 on 2V-16 at--~'J0~'~°~M~y~'~2¢~1985 and met w~th the drilling foreman, Gene Cooper and the toolpusher Larry McDowell. They informed me that while drilling the surface hole at 2,100' - 2,300' approximately 800 bbls. of fluid had been gained. Larry said they weighted the drilling ~d up to 10.9 lb/gal and drilled the surface hole to 3,000' without anymore problems. The 9 5/8" surface pipe was then run to 2,993' and the cement job was done. During the cement job 81 bbls. of returns were lost. The diverter system was nippled down to do a top job. The well began to flow approximately 5 to 6 gal/min between the conductor pipe and the 9 5/8" surface pipe. A string of 1" pipe was run in the hole between the conductor pipe and the 9 5/8" surface pipe to 80'. A cement slurry of Arctic Set I weighting 16.5 lbs/gal was circulated to surface. The well still flowed approximately 5 to 6 gal/min. The cement was circulated out of the hole using 10.9 lb/gal mud. At this time it was decided to run more 1" pipe in the hole to 220' and circulate the hole with 17.5+ lb/gal mud. This was done and the well still flowed approximately 5 gal/min. Another 150' of 1" was run in and the well circulated with 18.0 lb/gal mud. The flow stopped and the well took approximately 1+- bbl of fluid, and then became static. The well bore was them circulated from 370' to surface with Arctic Set I cement weighting 17.5+- lb/gal. This was accomplished in two stages. The first stage was from 370' to 70' and due to lost circulation was stopped. After waiting on cement to set up for 2~ hours the 1" pipe was run in the hole and cement tagged at 70'+- and the second top job was done with the same slurry mix as used on the first ~ob. The well was observed for five hours with no flow observed] 02-00IA(Rev. 10/79) ~ M EMORANOUM TO: THRU: FROM: ALASKA OIL C.V./~.~,rton Chair~~ Lonnie C. The 13-5/8", 5000 psi, RSRRA BOP stack will be installed on the 9-5/8" surface pipe. It will be tested upon installation and weekly thereafter. Test pressure will be 3000 psig. Expected maximum surface pressure is 2715 psi. Pressure calculations are based on virgin reservoir pressure. Surface pressure is calculated with an unexpanded gas bubble at surface, including temperature effects. Casing will be tested to 3000 psi prior to releasing the drilling rig. Non-freezing fluids will be left in uncemented annuli through the permafrost interval. 2V-16 will be 540' away from 2V-1 at the surface. There are no closer wellbores anywhere downhole. Reserve pit fluids will be disposed of by pumping them down the 7" x 9-5/8" annulus of this well. The 7" x 9-5/8" annulus will be left with a non-freezing fluid during any interruptions in the disposal process. The well will be (see attached sheet) · 23.
