In accordance with 20 AAC 25.610, your Estimated RCC was computed as one-fourth of the AOGCC's reasonable
estimate of what your actual annual RCC will be for Fiscal Year 2022, using the formula set out in 20 AAC 25.605.
For your information, the volume data and calculations used for this purpose are in the attached documents. The
appropriation for the AOGCC's operating and capital costs for Fiscal Year 2022 is $8,210,600. Anticipated federal
receipts of $170,000, the unrestricted general fund appropriated per SB55 of $310,500 and the AOGCC's estimate of

estimate of what your actual annual RCC will be for Fiscal Year 2022, using the formula set out in 20 AAC 25.605.
For your information, the volume data and calculations used for this purpose are in the attached documents. The
appropriation for the AOGCC's operating and capital costs for Fiscal Year 2022 is $8,210,600. Anticipated federal
receipts of $170,000, the unrestricted general fund appropriated per SB55 of $310,500 and the AOGCC's estimate of
the lapsed amount of Fiscal Year 2021 appropriations is $735,000. The estimated Regulatory Cost Charges for Fiscal
Year 2022 are $6,995,100.
Later, after final information is available to the AOGCC, you will receive notice of your proposed actual annual RCC
for Fiscal Year 2022. At that time, you will have an opportunity to submit comments on or request a revision to the
RCC, and a hearing will be held before the AOGCC determines the final charges. The estimated first quarter RCC
payment will be credited against your final charge.
The AOGCC's regulations do not provide for objections or revisions to the Estimated RCC. However, if you find
what you believe may be errors in the AOGCC's determination of your estimated RCC, you are invited to inform the
AOGCC so that the AOGCC will be better prepared to determine actual RCC in an expeditious manner.
