Potential Surface Pressure: 745 psi Using 0.1 psi/ft Brief Well Summary OP14 is a dual lateral OA sand producer. It is currently showing performance issues, and likely needs an ESP swap. It passed an MIT of the 9-5/8” casing in 2022. The goal of this project is install a new ESP and return the well to full production Pertinent wellbore information: - Deviation: Goes >70 degrees at 3600’ MD - DLS: o Max DLS above top liner = 5.7 degrees / 100’ at 1175’ MD o DLS spike into 3-6 degrees / 100’ from top liner up to 8,000’ MD o Current ESP set from 7395 – 7475’, but that was only due to cable length onsite at the time o Previous ESP’s were successfully set from 7700’ – 7850’ MD -Last casing test: MIT PASSED to 1600psi against a 9-5/8” test packer set at 9950’ MD on 5/5/22. - Pertinent History: o June-2011: Drill and complete as single OA lateral. Installed TT-ESP (0.2 year run life) o Sept-2011: ESP yo-yo RWO. Installed TT-ESP o 2012: ESP yo-yo RWO. Installed TT-ESP o 2013: Elective ESP pull for add-lateral drilling 9-5/8” casing scraper down to 10,137’ MD Set isolation packer at 10,210’ MD. Passed PT to 500psi Run new TT-ESP after 2nd lateral added o 2014: ESP yo-yo RWO. Installed conventional ESP with 7” shroud o 2022: RWO Pulled failed ESP, and ran casing scraper and magnets to ToL at 9970’ MD (68# metal recovered) Ran VACS tool and magnets to 1500’ inside top lateral to 14,482’ MD (all the pipe we had). Set BPV/TWC, ND tree, NU BOP stack (see attached) a. Notify AOGCC 24 hours in advance for witness b. Test to 250psi Low /2,500psi High / 2,500psi Annular c. BOPE will be used as needed to circulate the well 4. Pull BPV/TWC (lubricate out if pressure below is suspected) 5. Unseat hanger 6. POOH laying down 4-1/2” ESP completion 7.
