TOL from 14-33A at 11,046', CNL used for WS placement shows TOL at 11,055'. Correct depth +9'. Continue swapping well over to mud then RIH and log CCL to verify we are on depth with collars to set the WS. Well swapped to mud, PUH to 11400' and log CCL to a light tag at the CIBP. Tag CIBP at 11664', 16' shallower, verify collars with CCL Log. +6.5' correction to get on depth with the collars in the setting area. PUH to set WS. On depth at 11645' (TOWS) 11656.2' bit depth,. PU WT = 38k, PU to 34k and stop. Close the EDC and pressure up to set WS. Setting tool sheared at 3200psi, set down 5.3k WOB with no movement. Open EDC and POOH for milling BHA. OOH, flow check well. Proposed plan for 14-33B Producer: Prior to drilling activities, SL will pull the tubing patch at 10244' MD, drift for whipstock, and E-line will set a 3-1/4" whipstock. Coil will mill window pre-rig. If unable to set the whipstock or mill the window pre-rig, the rig will perform that work. A coil tubing drilling sidetrack will be drilled with the Nabors CDR2 rig. The rig will move in, test BOPE and kill the well. If unable to set whipstock pre-rig, the rig will set the 3-1/4" whipstock. A single string 2.74" window + 10' of formation will be milled. The well will kick off drilling in Ivishak Zone 4. The lateral will continue in Zone 4, 3 and 2 to TD. The proposed sidetrack will be completed with a 2-3/8” 13CR solid liner, cemented in place and selectively perforated post rig (will be perforated with rig if unable to post rig). This completion will completely isolate and abandon the parent Ivishak perfs. This Sundry covers plugging the existing perforations via cement squeeze, liner cement job or liner top packer, if the liner lap pressure test fails (alternate plug placement per 20 AAC 25.112(i)). The following describes the work planned. A wellbore schematic of the current well and proposed sidetrack is attached for reference. Window Milling Fluids Program: x A min EMW of 8.4 ppg KCL. KCl will be used as the primary working fluid and viscous gel sweeps will be used as necessary to keep the hole clean. x The well will be freeze protected with a non-freezable fluid (typically a 60/40 methanol/water mixture) prior to service coil’s departure. x Additionally, all BHA’s will be lubricated and there is no plan to “open hole” a BHA. Disposal: x All Class l & II non-hazardous and RCRA-exempt drilling and completion fluids will go to GNI at DS 4. x Fluids >1% hydrocarbons or flammables must go to GNI. x Fluids >15% solids by volume must go to GNI. Hole Size: x The window and 10’ of formation will be milled/drilled with a 2.74” OD mill. Well Control: x BOP diagram is attached. x AOGCC will be given at least 24-hour notice prior to performing a BOPE function pressure test so that a representative of the commission can witness the test. x Pipe rams, blind rams, CT pack off, and choke manifold will be pressure tested to 250 psi and at least 3,500 psi. x BOPE test results will be recorded in our daily reporting system (Alaska Wells Group Reporting System) and will provide the results to the commission in an approved format within five days of test completion. x BOPE tests will be performed upon arrival (prior to first entry into the well) and at 7 days intervals thereafter. x 10 AAC 25.036 c.4.C requires that a BOPE assembly must include “a firewall to shield accumulators and primary controls”. A variance is requested based on the result of the joint hazop with the AOGCC. For our operation, the primary controls for the BOPE are located in the Operations Cabin of the Coiled Tubing Unit, and the accumulators are located on the backside of the Operations Cabin (opposite side from the well). These are approximately 70' from the well. Hazards: x DS-14 is an H2S pad. H2S reading on 14-33A: 20 ppm on 04/25/2022. x Max H2S recorded on DS-14: 140 ppm. x One fault crossings expected. x Medium lost circulation risk. Well 14-33 was drilled in October 1983 as a Zn 2 lvishak producer. Diagnostics were performed as the well was approaching MGOR and the upper most perforation interval was found to contribute nearly all of the gas. Three squeeze jobs were performed to successfully abandoned the upper most set of perforations. In 2003 a couple of acid jobs were • pumped and managed to double the gross flow rate, but the additional oil production was minimal. An adperf/ propellent fract stimulation between 12,128' and— 12,144' and was performed in 2004 and the gross flow rate was double; however, it only brought a small oil rate boost. By August 2009, the well was producing at very low rates. Based on a 2008 gas pick, it was decided to shoot 10' of re-perfs uphole in October 2009 between 12095' — 12105' md. These adperfs were seen to pose no significant risk of bringing in uncompetitive gas rates since the last squeeze job successfully isolated a high gas producing area, but oil production was sacrificed. The objective was to re-perforate Zone 26P in hopes of recovering some of the oil rate. However, these re-perfs brought in oil, but also significant gas and made the well uncompetitive. The well is in sound mechanical condition. It passed an MIT-T to 3000 psi (July 2007), MIT-IA to 3000 psi and MIT-OA to 2000 psi (November 2010). The October 2010 Caliper shows the 5W x 4W tubing to be in good condition. With respect to the 7" liner, apart from the perforation intervals, there appears to be no significant areas of cross-sectional wall loss or I.D. restrictions. This well has been shut in for high GOR and there are currently no viable wellwork options. A Coiled Tubing Drilling sidetrack to a Zone 2 target to the east will allow this wellbore to be more effectively utilized and bring value to the field. The sidetrack, 14-33A, is scheduled to be drilled by Nordic 1 starting on February 10th, 2011 targeting lvishak Zone 2. The pre rig work includes setting a thru-tubing whipstock, milling an XN Nipple, and squeezing perforations. With the whipstock set and perforations abandoned, Nordic 1 will mill a window off of the mechanical whipstock allowing a kick off in the Shublik formation. This sidetrack will make a 34 DLS build and turn, land and undulate in Zone 2. Well 14-33A will be completed with 3-3/16" x 2-7/8" solid, cemented and perforated liner. The following describes the planned work. A schematic diagram of the proposed sidetrack is attached for reference. Severe losses are not expected. • Two possible faults crossings are expected. The first fault (11,950' md) is uncertain because should have been seen in parent well in Zone 4 but not apparent on well logs or interval thicknesses. The second fault(13,150' md) is near the tip-out of a mapped fault and might not be seen.
