C~mmission ~~nchara~e ~ -~~~. ~~ ~~-~~ Enclosed please find a spreadsheet with a list of wells from the Kuparuk field (KRLn. Each of these wells was found to have a void in the conductor. These voids were filled with cement if needed and corrosion inhibitor, engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serves as notification that the treatments took place and meets the requirements of form 10-404, Report of Sundry Operations. The cement was pumped June 16~` & 26~', 2009 and the corrosion inhibitor/sealant was pumped June 23rd & 30~', 2009. The atta.ched spreadsheet presents the well name, top of cement depth prior to filling, and volumes used on each conductor. The conversion of well 3C-03 will provide pressure support to off-set producer 3C-04. 3C-03 was completed on Sept. 7, 1985, followed by 2-7/8' tubing run and well perforated October 20, 1985. The "A" sands were encountered between 7743' - 7908' and (6509'-6632' tvd), "C" sands between 7436' - 7557' and (6283'-6372' tvd). The 3C-03 7" production casing Inner Annulus is isolated from the 2-7/8' tubing utilizing 7" packer, Camco'HRP-1SP' at 7368' and (6234' tvd) and Otis 'WD' packer w/5' seal bore ext and X-over at 7642' and (6436' tvd). The 9-5/8" Surface casing (3820' and / 3716' tvd) was cemented with 900 sx PF "E" & 350 sx PF "C", Performed top job w/ 90 sx PF "C". The 7" Production casing (8069' and / 6752' tvd) was cemented with 430 sx Class "G" & 250 sx PF "C". A Cement Bond Log was obtained on September 30, 1985 indicates good cement integrity from 7300' - 7979' and (6185' - 6685' tvd). The well will be completed by the workover rig using 3-1/2" or 2-7/8" tubing. Selected intervals will be perforated within the Kuparuk formation and reported on subsequent reports. A subsurface safety valve will be installed and tested upon conclusion of the job. After the workover rig has moved off location, this well will be fracture stimulated. :~-~-PAD 3C.
