Each of these wells was found to have a void in the conductor. These voids were filled with cement if needed and corrosion inhibitor, engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serves as notification that the treatments took place and meets the requirements of form 10-404, Report of Sundry Operations. The cement was pumped October 27 and October 30, 2008. The corrosion inhibitor/sealant was pumped November 2, 2008. The attached spreadsheet presents the well name, top, of cement depth prior to filling, and volumes used on each conductor. The procedure will be as follows: 1) A mast truck will be utilized to run the CBL/VDL/GR and Gyro. 2) The rig will be moved on location; the DOPE will be nippled up and tested. Selected intervals will be perforated within the Kuparuk formation and reported on subsequent reports._ 4) The well will be completed with 3-1/2", 9.2#/ft, J-55, BTC tubing. A 13-5/8", 5000 psi, SRRA BOP stack will'be used on well work. The BOP equipment will be pressure tested weekly and operationally tested each trip. A non-freezing fluid will-be left in all uncemented annuli within the permafrost interval. A 5000 psi WP wireline lubricator will be used and tested on all wireline work. A 20", 2000 psi annular diverter will be installed on the 16" conductor while drilling the surface hole. The 9-5/8" casing will be set through the West Sak Sands at approximately 3575' MD(2867' TVD). A 13-5/8", 5000 psi, RSRRA BOPE stack will be installed on the 9-5/8" surface pipe. It will be tested upon installation and weekly thereafter. Test pressure will be 3000 psig (1800 psi for annular). Expected maximum surface pressure is 2761 psi. Pressure calculations are based on latest reservoir pressure. Surface pressure is calculated with an unexpanded gas bubble at surface, including temperature effects. Selected intervals will be logged. The well will be completed with 3-1/2", 9.2#, J-55, 8rd tbg.
