The 7” 26 lb/ft, J-55 has a burst rating of 4980 psi (45% burst rating = 2241 psi). The well was shut in 11/6/25 for gas handling . DHD conducted a failing shut in TIFL yesterday and the well has been placed on a 28 day fix or shut in clock that ends 12/14/25. The well was brought back online today to help manage the elevated IA pressure, decreasing the IA pressure to 1300 psi. CPAI plans to send slickline to conduct further diagnostics. These diagnostics will inform how the well should be repaired or secured. Attached is a 90 day TIO plot and wellbore schematic for reference. Please let me know if you disagree or have any questions with this plan. These voids were filled with corrosion inhibitor, engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serves as notification that the treatments took place and meets the requirements of form 10-404, Report of Sundry Operations. The cement was pumped November 25th 2007 & March 21 2009, the corrosion inhibitor/sealant was pumped July 6th, 7th, 8th 2010. The attached spreadsheet presents the well name, top of cement depth prior to filling, and volumes used on each conductor. Please call Perry Klein or MJ Loveland at 907-659-7043, if you have any questions. Sincerely, Perry Klein ConocoPhillips Well Integrity Projects Supervisor • ConocoPhillips Alaska Inc. I. Supervisor FROM: Chuck Scheve; SUBJECT: Petroleum Inspector Safety Valve Tests Kuparuk River Unit 1E Pad Thursday~ January 4, 2001: I traveled to the Kuparuk River Field and witnessed safety valve system teSting on 1E Pad. As the attached AOGCC Safety Valve System Test Report indicates I witnessed the testing of 9 wells 18 components on 1E pad with 2 failures. The Pilot on well 1E-07 was frozen and the Surface Safety valve on well 1E-24A had a slow leak when pressure tested. ^ portable heater was brought to location and the above mentioned pilot was thawed out. I requested the portable heater remain on this well until repairs are made on the catalytic heater in the wellhouse. The failed safety valve will be serviced and retested when the grease crew becomes available Earnie Barndt conducted the testing today; he demonstrated good test procedures and was a pleasure to work with. I also inspected 'the well houses on this pad while witnessing SVS testing. All the wellhouses were clean and the equipment appeared to be in good condition. Kuparuk Well 1E-3 was stimulated with 12,% HC1 acid on May 22, 1982. Using a Fracmaster coiled tubing unit, 157 barrels of acid were squeezed into the perforations at 8423-8545' 8728-8750' , , and 8762-8786 at an averate rate of 0.7 BPM. The well was immediately cleaned up by flowing back into stock tanks on location. After approximately 125 bbls of fluid had been flowed to the stock tanks, flow was diverted to the Central Production Facility for a 7.5 hour test. The oil rate during the test was 1457 BPD, an increase of 166 bbls over the 1291 BPD rate recorded on May 19 prior to the stimulation. All produced fluids were flowed to stOck tanks or to the production facility. Stock tank fluid was in3ected into the waste disposal weli. A-26 RECEIVED JUN 2 ! 1982 Alaska 0ii & Gas Cons.
