These voids were filled with cement if needed and corrosion inhibitor, engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serves as notification that the treatments took place and meets the requirements of form 10-404, Report of Sundry Operations. The cement was pumped September 20~' and October 13~' 2009. The corrosion inhibitor/sealant was pumped October 15th and 31 St + November 1 St and 2°a 2009. The attached spreadsheet presents the well name, top of cement depth prior to filling, and volumes used on each conductor. NOTE: If the fill level is confirmed above 7050', a CTU cleanout is recommended before fracturing. The last tag was at 7091' on 12/31/89. Pull 1" GLV's from mandrels at 1878', 3397', 5178', 6241' and 6827' and replace with DV's. Set SV in 'D° nipple at 6898'. Fill annulus with diesel. Pressure test tubing and annulus. Pull SV. RDMO slickline. MIRU fracturing equipment. Carry out all fluid quality control procedures (will be done by onsite Operations Engineer). Conduct a sieve analysis on several proppant samples. Obtain samples of proppant and gelled water with breaker prior to pumping, and from the pad and slurry stages while pumping. Verify and record proppant weight before and after job execution. Install wellhead isolation tool. Pressure test lines. Pressure up 7" x 2 7/8" annulus to 3500 psi and maintain throughout job. Pump the 150 barrel pre-pad at 25 BPM. Shut down and determine the ISIP. Stop adding crosslinker after 110 barrels to avoid leaving crosslinked gel in the tubing. Pump the fracture treatment at 20 BPM as detailed in the attached pumping schedule. Expected treating pressures are: WHTPE (calculated) = 4200 psi Frac gradient -- 0.70 psi/ft Tubing Friction = 300 psi/1000 ft Perf Friction = 500 psi (5935' TVD) (6910' MD, 20 BPM) (estimated) If treating pressure exceeds 5500 psi during the pad, shut down and confer with Operations Engineering. The maximum wellhead treating pressure is 6500 psi based on tubing strength analysis. If necessary, reduce the pump rate in 2 BPM increments to a minimum of 14 BPM to maintain the treating pressure below 5800 psi in the proppant laden stages. Go to flush if the rate of treating pressure increase is excessive or if the treating pressure exceeds 6000 psi. Rig down frac equipment. Leave well shut in overnight. Proceed with the attached flowback schedule. Describe proposed program: ARCO Alaska, Inc., proposes to drill a Kuparuk River Field development well to approximately 7221~NB (6243' TVD). Selected intervals will be logged. A 20", 2000 psi annular diverter will be installed on the 16" conductor while drilling the surface hole. The 13-5/8", 5000 psi, RSRRA BOPE stack will be installed on the 9-5/8" surface pipe. I~ will be ~ested upon installation and weekly thereafter. Test pressure will be 3000 psig (1800 psi for annular). Expected maximum surface pressure is 2729 psi. Pressure calculations are based on virgin reservoir pressure. Surface pressure is calculated with an unexpanded gas bubble at surface, including temperature effects. 6asing will be tested to 2000 psi prior to releasing ~he drilling rig. Non-freezing fluids will be left in uncemented annuli through ~he permafrost interval. 26-13 will be 58' away from 26-14 at the surface. There are no closer wellbores anywhere downhole. Reserve pit fluids will be disposed of by pumping them down the 7" x 9-5/8" annulus of this well. The 7" x 9-5/8" annulus will be left with a non-freezing fluid during any (see ateached sheet) 23.
