Test BOPE's per AOGCC and Hilcorp standards to 250psi/3000psi - Test good AOGCC witness waived by Jim Regg via Email on 8/2/23 @ 9:05AM. Secure well, load supply tank with 130bbl of produced water SDFN 08/04/2023- Friday PJSM and PTW. SIMOPS with production Travel to location SITP 53psi. Pick up injector head M/U CTC, check valve, stinger, and 1.70" OD Nozzle. Fill lines with produced water Pressure test lubricator and stripper to 250psi/3000psi - Test Good. RIH, come online with 800scfm N2 and 0.75BPM produced water. Clean out to 5,550ft getting good returns, lost returns at 5,500ft. S/D fluid pump and bring N2 up to 1200scfm. RIH and tag bridge at 5,683', wash through bridge and RIH to 5,800ft. Got returns back of heavy grey sand. Pump N2 at 1200scfm for 20min then POOH. Returns of N2 and slugs of sandy water. POOH to 3,000ft while pumping N2, SD N2 and POOH to surface. Small amounts of gas in returns. At surface take well to blow down tank and it died in a few minutes. RIH to attempt 2nd N2 lift, decision made to let the well build pressure on its own for 2 days. Crew travel to location & check wellhead pressures casing pressure-0. PIck up head & lubricator, rehead coil to run CIBP, pull test to 30k, pressure test to 3000 lbs, Make up setting tool & plug. Connect lubricator & head, Pressure test to 3000 psi-good. Run in hole on coil with max od 2.19", plug OD 2.10" tag @ 5676' wash down 5681', unable to pass 5681', pull out of hole to pick up wash jet. Pull out of hole with plug assembly. Disconnect & pick up head & lubricator, change out tool assembly. Pick up & make up wash head assembly Max OD 2.125". Make up head & lubricator & pressure test to 3000 lbs-good. Run in hole with wash nozzle assembly to tag @ 5676', Wash down from 5676' to 5850'. Wash up & wash down no circulation. Pull out of hole to surface. Disconnect & pick up head & lubricator, change out tool assembly. Pick up & make up setting tool & CIBP assembly Max OD 2.19". Make up head & lubricator & pressure test to 3000 lbs-good. Run in hole with 2.19" CIBP to setting depth. Correlate with tie in logs 10' change, drop ball & pump till pressure up to 3800 psi, set plug @ 5728'. Pull out of hole with setting tool & rig down tools. Lay down head & lubricator, shut in & secure well 09/03/2023 - Sunday 09/15/2023- Friday PJSM, Discuss clean out operations & running logging tools on coil. Crew travel to location, check wellhead pressures shut in tubing pressure- 300. Pick up & make coil head & lubricator, pressure test lubricator & head 250 psi low, 3000 psi high-good test. Run in hole with slim hole clean out assembly @ 100'/min, tag @ 5417'. Establish circulation, work down with coil string from 5417' to 5900, circulating wellbore clean as needed. Go on total losses @ 5545' to 5900', no returns to surface after 5545' Work string from 5900' to 5400'. Pull out of hole with clean out assembly. Pick up head & lubricator, lay down slim hole assembly, rehead for logging tool. Make up HES logging assembly ccl/gamma. Make up head & lubricator back up to stack & run in hole to 5800' logging as per HES engineer, Flag @ 5534' & 5728'. Pull out of hole with HES (ccl/gamma) as per HES engineer Log up 700' @ 50 ft/min. Stop string for 5 min. Lay down tool string assembly. Break off coil head & lubricator. Rig down head & lubricator, shut in & secure well. PJSM and PTW, Simops with production. RD from H pad, Mobilize equipment to Ivan River Well shut in and pressured up with 750psi of gas. RU AK E-line. M/U weight bars and 1-11/16"OD GPT. Stab on well and pressure test lubricator to 250psi/2750psi - TEST GOOD. Weight indicator not reading, troubleshoot. Ended up finding a bad wire and rewiring the weight indicator. RIH with GPT. Fluid level at 1,700ft with 780psi on the tubing (top open perf 5,544' ST-A3). RIH and sit down at 5404' (100ft high to perf) POOH, Secure well. R/D AK E-line. 09/14/2023 - Thursday PJSM, Discuss daily operations & permits. Crew travel to location. Mob equipment from LRU C-02 to IRU 041-01, Spot in equipment & rig up. Run in hole with GR/CCL send into town for confirmation Pull out of the hole & secure well. 09/17/2023 - Sunday PJSM, Discuss well work coil tubing & cement operations. Travel to location from base camp. Make up head to lubricator, Pick up setting tool & CICR 2.19", Make up to Bop & pressure test to 3000 psi-good. Run in hole to setting depth 5534'. Perform injection test 1 BPM @ 950 psi. Prepare to set CICR @ 5534', Drop ball pump @ 3 bbls pressure increase to 3000 psi, lost 5 k string weight (plug set prematurely), stack out on plug while pumping pressure lock up @ 4000 psi, wait to see if bleeds off (pressure stable), Bleed off pressure thru choke, Unsting from CICR & roll hole with 550 psi, sting back into retainer & pressure increase to 2000 psi kick out pump, Bleed off string. Pressure up on annulus 1500 psi pressure held, unsting from CIBP circulate till ball is thru tubing spool & falling. Pull out of hole to inspect BHA. Inspect BHA & setting tools ball seated in shear assembly-all in working condition. Check high pressure screen-clear & in working condition. Make up setting tool on coil, Make up lubricator & coil head to lubricator to BOPE pressure test to 3000 psi-good, Run in hole to sting into CICR @ 5534' sting in put 12k down. Perform injection test, Kick in pump @ .5 bbl/min with 225 psi for 30 bbls, Increase pump speed to 1 bbl/min with 1300 psi for 10 bbls, Shut down pump watch pressure bleed off to 0. No returns at surface, pressure test annulus to 2000 psi-good no leaks. Prepare cement. Spot in & rig up Fox Cement Unit pressure test lines, Mix 11 bbls 15.3 ppg, class G cement with 3 cups fiber & pump, displace cement with 30 bbls water (final circulating pressure- 1200 psi, 640 psi increase 600 psi start 1240 psi final) sting out of CICR, Circulate 2 bottoms up 30 bbls @ 2 bpm with 50 psi, no cement to surface. Pull out of hole with coil top off well with water. Lay down head & lubricator, Shut in & secure well 09/18/2023 - Monday PJSM, Discuss daily operations running coil in hole & unload well, rigging down equipment. Travel to location from Office. Make up lubricator & head, pick up clean out head & make up to BOP, pressure test to 3000 psi-good. Run in hole with 1.75" coil & tag @ 5534', no cement. Spot in & rig up N2 unit, pressure test lines to 2000 psi-good, start pumping down hole @ 800 scf/min unloaded 47 bbls returned to surface. blow dry. Pull out of hole with 1.75" coil. Unseat head & lubricator from BOPE. Cradle head. Pressure up to 1500 psi on the 2-7/8" string. Shut in & secure well. Get on depth CCL to TS-19', CCL @ 5479' + 19', TS @ 5498' Shoot 3 x shots (2' x 2" @ 6.5 grams, 6 spf/60 degree, 22.30" penetration) Monitor Pressure, starting psi-1400, psi @ 5 min 1400, psi @ 10 min 1375, psi @ 15 min 1375 Pull out of hole Lay down gun all shots fired & end cap dry.
