Each of these wells was found to have a void in the conductor. These voids were filled with cement if needed and corrosion inhibitor, engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serves as notification that the treatments took place and meets the requirements of form 10-404, Report of Sundry Operations. The cement was pumped February 13~', 2009. The corrosion inhibitor/sealant was pumped March 4~', 11 ~' & 16~', 2009. The attached spreadsheet presents the well name, top of cement depth prior to filling, and volumes used on each conductor. The objective is to halt C sand injection to divert all PWI to the A sand, to provide better injection support to adjacent A sand producers. 1F-10 is a selective injector with 3.5" tubing. An IPROF of 12/12/06 showed 53% of PWI entering the C sand through a leaking injection mandrel at 7306' RKB. A possible leak also exists between 7312 - 7'3 to ing patch was set Nov. 2007 to isolate the leaks, but the 10-27-08 (PROF shows snap-latch connections in the patch are leaking, and 41% of PWI enters the C sand. The leaky tubing patch will be pulled and replaced with a new tubing patch. The new patch will be shorter (20') to avoid use of snap-latch connections that can become potential leak points. The patch will isolate leaky GLM #4 at 7306' RKB and the possible tubing leak between 7312 - 7318' RKB. 1 F-10 will be returned to `A sand only' PWI. Procedure: Slickline: RIH and pull the leaky tubing patch at 7281 - 7360' RKB. The patch will be pulled in 3 separate sections. 2. Brush & flush the 3.5" tubing between 7260 - 7360' RKB in the area where the tubing patch is to be set. E-line: 3. RIH with a Straddle Packer (2.78" run OD), and set the packer at 7320' RKB. This set location will position the packer in a full joint. Slickline: 4. RIH w/patch assembly run #2 consisting of an Anchor Latch, 20' of 2.375" OD Spacer pipe, and a upper Straddle Packer (2.78" run OD). Latch into lower Packer at 7320' RKB, and set the upper Packer element at 7300' RKB. This set location will put the upper packer near the middle of a 10' pup joint just above leaky GLM #4, to complete the tubing patch assembly at 7300 - 7320' RKB (seal to seal). Run a test plug in upper KB Packer and PT the packer. Rig down. Return the 1 F-10 to injection as an `A sand only' injector. While at 7315' continue circulating nitrogen at 300 to 500 SCF per minute and monitor the surface fluid rate to determine if the "C" Sand has started to flow. If the well is flowing allow it to flow for at least one to eight hours. Flow period is at discretion of the on site engineer. A 20", 2000 psi annular diverter will be installed on the 16" conductor while drilling the surface hole. A 13-5/8", 5000 psi, RSRRA mOPE stack will be installed on the 9-5/8" surface pipe. It will be tested upon installation and weekly thereafter. Test pressure will be 3000 psig (1800 psi for annular). Expected maximum surface pressure is 2327 psig. Pressure calculations are based on latest reservoir pressure. Surface pressure calculated with unexpanded gas bubble at surface including temperature effects. Selected intervals will be logged. The well will be completed with 3-1/2", 9.2#, J-55 buttress tbg. Non-freezing fluids will be left in uncemented annuli through the permafrost interval. Selected intervals will be perforated within the Kuparuk formation and reported on subsequent reports.~Lg~nhole safety valve will be installed and tested upon comple- tion of the job. 1F-lO will be 60' away from[1F~ the surface. There are no closer wellbores anywhere down- hole. Top of cement for the production string will be placed ~ 2409'MD, approx. 500'MD above the West Sak sands. 23.
