Each of these wells was found to have a void in the conductor. These voids were filled with cement and corrosion inhibitor, engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serves as notification that the treatments took place and meets the requirements of form 10 -404, Report of Sundry Operations. The cement was pumped on 5/23, 2011. The corrosion inhibitor /sealant was pumped 6/22, 6/24, 6/25, 6/26, and 6/27, 2011. The attached spreadsheet presents the well name, top of cement depth prior to filling, and volumes used on each conductor. Well Nos. 26 and 14 have been completed, but are unproduced to date. Well No. 3 has been on production since April, 1992. Copies of the individual wellbore schematics are attached for reference. 1. Contact J. B. Kewin (x-6806) to insure that the sundry notice for placing the well in water injection service has been approved by the AOGCC. 2. SI well and MIRU slickline and hot oil pump truck. 3. RIH and set SV in the "D" nipple. Pressure test the tubing/DV's to 1500 psi. 4. RIH and pull the DV out of the bottom 1-1/2" GLM. . Rig up hot oiler to the 3-1/2"x 7" annulus, and reverse circulate the annulus to diesel while taking returns from the tubing. Fill the annulus with diesel to the bottom GLM. Annular capacity is .0264 Bbls/Ft. 6. RIH and reset DV in bottom 1-1/2" GLM. 7. Pressure test the tubing to 2000 psi. 8. RIH and pull the SV. 9. RDMO slickline. Notify the State for witness of the Mechanical Integrity Test. 10. Conduct MIT test. Packer depths and 7" annular pressures required are shown below. Pressures must be held for 30 minutes with no more than a 10% decline. Bleed the annulus to 500 psi after completing each test. Maximum anticipated surface pressure is calculated using a surface casing leak-off of 13.5 ppg EMW and a gas gradient of 0.11 psi/ff. This shows that formation breakdown would occur before a surface pressure of 1649 psi could be reached. Therefore, ARCO Alaska, Inc. will test the BOP equipment to 3000 psi. The nearest well to 2M-26 is 2M-25. As designed, the minimum distance between the two wells would be 11.3' @ 475' MD. The wells would diverge from that point. Incidental fluids developed from drilling operations will be hauled to the nearest permitted disposal well or will be pumped down the surface/production casing annulus of the last well drilled. That annulus will be left with a non-freezing fluid during any extended shut down (> 4hr) in pumping operations. GENERAL DRILLING PROCEDURE KUPARUK RIVER FIELD 2M-26 Move in and rig up Parker #245. Install diverter system. Drill 12-1/4" hole to 9-5/8" surface casing point (2,898')according to directional plan. Run and cement 9-5/8" casing. Install and test BOPE. Test casing to 2000 psi. Drill out cement and 10' of new hole. Perform leak off test to 12.5 ppg EMW. Drill 8-1/2" hole to total depth (6,730') according to directional plan. Run open hole evaluation logs or LWD tools as needed. Run and cement 7" casing. (If significant hydrocarbon zones are present above the Kuparuk, sufficient cement will be pumped for isolation in accordance with Rule 20 A^C 25.030. Alternatively, if significant hydrocarbon zones occur within 200' TVD of the surface casing shoe, cement will be down squeezed in the annular space between the surface and production casing after the primary cement job is completed.)
