Each of these wells was found to have a void in the conductor. These voids were filled with cement if needed and corrosion inhibitor, engineered to prevent water from entering the annular space. As per previous agreement with the AOGCC, this letter and spreadsheet serves as notification that the treatments took place and meets the requirements of form 10-404, Report of Sundry Operations. The cement was pumped November 10th, 20th and 24th, 2009. The corrosion inhibitor/sealant was pumped December 29th and 30th, 2009. The attached spreadsheet presents the well name, top of cement depth prior to filling, and volumes used on each conductor. Please call MJ Loveland or Perry Klein at 907-659-7043, if you have any questions. Sincerely, Perry K1 ConocoPhillips Well Integrity Projects Supervisor • ConocoPhillips Alaska Inc. Carry out all fluid quality control procedures (will be done by onsite Operations Engineer). Conduct a sieve analysis on several proppant samples. Install wellhead isolation tool. Pressure test lines. Pressure up 7" x 3 1/2" annulus to 3500 psi and maintain throughout job. Pump the 200 barrel pre-pad at 25 BPM. Shut down and determine the ISIP. Pump the fracture treatment at 25 BPM as detailed in the attached pumping schedule. Expected treating pressures are: WHTPE (calculated) = 4100 psi Frac gradient = 0.70 psi/ft (5920' TVD) Tubing Friction = 300 psi/1000 ft (6835' MD, 25 BPM) Perf Friction = 500 psi (Estimated) · M. The maximum wellhead treating pressure is 6500 psi based on tubing strength analysis. If necessary, reduce the pump rate in 2 BPM increments to a minimum of 14 BPM to maintain the treating pressure below 5800 psi in the proppant laden stages. Go to flush if the rate of treating pressure increase is excessive or if the treating pressure exceeds 6000 psi. 1 1. Rig down frac equipment. Leave well shut in overnight. 12. MIRU slickline unit. Describe proposed program: ARCO Alaska, Inc., proposes to drill a Kuparuk River Field development well to approximately 7184'MD (6192' TVD). Selected intervals will be logged· A 20", 2000 psi annular diverter will be installed on the 16" conductor while drilling the surface hole. The 12,-5/8", 5000 psi, RSRRA BOPE stack will be installed on the 9-5/8" surface pipe. It will be tested upon installation and weekly thereafter. Test pressure will be 2,000 psig (1800 psi for annular). Expected maximum surface pressure is 2706 psi. Pressure calculations are based on virgin reservoir pressure. Surface pressure is calculated with an unexpanded gas bubble at surface, including temperature effects. Casing will be tested to 2000 psi prior to releasing the drilling rig. Non-freezing fluids will be left in uncemented annuli through the permafrost interVal. 2C-15 will be 58' away from 2C-16 at the surface· There are no closer wellbores anywhere downhole. Reserve pit fluids will be disposed of by pumping them down the 7" x 9-5/8" annulus of this well. The 7" x 9-5/8" annulus will be left with a non-freezing fluid during any (see attached sheet) · 23. A subsurface safety valve will be installed and tested upon conclusion of the job. After the workover rig has moved off location, this well will be fracture stimulated.
