I noticed while checking the P&A marker plates that no cement was showing in the 2 7/8" x 7" annulus on these wells. He said he was gping to finish cutting off the tree on well ~1, and make sure that the cement was in place on that well before ordering cement for the other two wells. Friday, January__.23, 1987.' Mr..Springer contacted me on Thursday and informed me that the cement was in place on well ~1, and he would re-cement the annuli on wells 9 & 15. I arrived on the location at 1:30 p.m. this date and BJ Cementing had jus~ finished cementing the annuli on wells ~ & 15. ' ' I inspected the annuli on both wells, and the cement was in place and not falling. Ray gave me pictures of the marker plates on all the wells except 9, 15 and well ~1. He will get the pictures of these wells to me as soon as the work is complete. In summary I observed the top cement plugs in wells 1, 9 & 15. Attachment On 1/26/87 Ray sent me the pictures of the P&A marker plates on wells 9 & 15, and One of the marker post on. well ~1. These pictures are attached to this report. .
