I noticed while checking the P&A marker plates that no cement was showing in the 2 7/8" x 7" annulus on these wells. He said he was going to finish cutting off the tree on well ~1, and make sure that the cement was in place on that well before ordering cement for the other two wells. Friday, January 23, 1987~ Mr.-Springer contacted me on Thursday and informed me that the cement was in place on well ~1, and he would re-cement the annult on wells 9 & 15. I arrived on the location at 1~30 p.m. this date, and BJ Cementing had jus~ finished cementing the annuli on wells 9 & 15. I inspected the annult on both wells, and the cement was in place and not falling. _ . Ray gave me pictures of the marker plates on all the wells except 9, 15 and well ~1. He will get the pictures of these wells to me as soon as the work is complete. In summary I observed the top cement plugs in wells 1, 9 & 15. Attachment On 1/26/87 Ray sent me the pictures of the P&A marker plates on wells 9 & 15, and One of the marker post on well ~1. These pictures are attached to this report. WSP-1S flowed an average of 1700 B/D of Sadlerochit water during a 3 hour drill stem test. The well was-completed with jet pump equipment and is currently shut-in awaiting extended productivity testing when a suitable water disposal source is available. WSP-2 An extended production test was conducted to evaluate the open hole gravel pack. The well produced 80-90 BOPD on hydraulic lift. The screen was washed with mud acid to remove possible plugging with no improvement. The completion is considered unsalvageable and, pending receipt of a permit, the wellbore will be plugged back to the UGNU and converted to a water disposal well. WSP-3 Spud 1/26/84, complete 3/6/84. After drilling with oil based mud, the unstimulated Lower West Sak was tested at 33 BOPD. The PI was measured at 0.07 B/D/PSI. Oil gravity was 20.3 API. The zone was fraced with 20,000 pounds of proppant. Following the fracture, the well flowed 120 BOPD. PI was measured at 0.17 B/D/PSI. The unstimulated Upper West Sak flowed 80 B/D of 18.6 API gravity oil. Following a 40,000 pound fracture treatment, the well flowed 168 BOPD and PI was measured 0.6 B/D/PSI. The well has been completed with a jet pump assembly without a gravel pack. A long term productivity test is currently being conducted to deter- mine if stimulated West Sak wells can produce without a gravel pack at drawdowns expected during the pilot. The well has flowed up to 200 B/D without producing significant quantities of wellbore fill. WSP-4 As of the last report, WSP-4 had been suspended following a failed oil based gravel pack. The well was re-entered, fraced and gravel packed with 8/12 gravel car-tied in oil based fluids. Subsequent tests produced only 10 BOPD. A surfactant/breaker wash was performed with no improvement. The screen was pulled and the well tested at 250 BOPD. PI was mea~{~reawat 0.85. In preparation fc{r ru~-fin-~-ng a prePact~ed gravel pack screen, the we]] was refraced. PAA 102 is currently on stand-by awaiting the arrival of the screen. WSP-10 As of the last report, WSP-10 had been drilled with water based fluids and fraced with 385,000 pounds of proppant. The well was then gravel packed with water based fluids. An extended production test was conducted to evaluate the fracture treatment. The well stabilized at 220 B/D. PI was measured at 0.25 B/D/PSI. A xylene wash was performed to remove possible screen plugging caused by asphaltenes but no productivity improvement was experienced. The well is currently shut-in. WSP-12 Spud 3/16/84 with Rowan 41. Currently sidetracking stuck drill pipe. Will drill with oil based muds, case and suspend. WSP-13 Spud 12/28/84, cased 1/10/84. The well was drilled with oil based mud. Casing was set and the rig released to allow refinement of the gravel pack procedure prior to completion. March 13, 1984 Mr. Jeffrey B, Kewin Are~ Dritl!ng Engineer ARCO Alaska, Inc. P. O. This project will be conducted in accordance with the terms of Conservation Order No. 191, "West Sak Sands Section 35 Project". A diverter system will be used to drill the 12-1/4" hole to 3269'MD. In all subsequent operations, an RSRRA BOP stack will be used and will be tested to 3000 psi (annular 1800 psi). WSP-12 will be 60' away from WSP-13 at the surface. There are no closer wellbores anywhere downhole. RECEIVED MAR 1 2 1984 23. I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge -- Alaska Oil & Gas Cons.
